Straight walk right out of the building to the beach. I was hoping the room was facing the beach but wasnt. Pictures cannot do justice to how beautiful and big this place is! The kitchen was big and nicely stocked with all the plates and cookware. The rooms were big! The kids were comfortable immediately. And the balcony made the whole vacation even better!

Beautiful views. And the host was extremely responsive. The only thing I had trouble with was the front desk who kinda gave us a hard time when we checked in. He stated he didn’t get our information from the host so he wouldn’t let us in at first, and It was kinda late and me and my kids were ready to go lay down so had to spend an extra 30 minutes upfront to wait for him to let us go. So was kind of a drag. other than that, it’s a wonderful location. Would definitely recommended.

Julie’s condo was awesome! The beach theme inside was so cute! It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen! plenty of space inside and on the balcony to have family meals! pool was beautiful and private! beach access was just for condo guests and owners so wasn’t crowded at all!! Building was very safe and secure with 24 hour security! definitely recommend!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Our tired and travel-weary little group held our breath as we rose to the heights above. (14th floor) wondering what will we walk into, then after the 4 of us stepped into the foyer, we let out a collective sigh of relief followed by a thrilling exclamation: THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!! We really really loved our condo. It immediately felt like home. Very very clean. Very well furnished. Julie and her team are easy to work with and they are EXCELLENT communicators. The price was so reasonable that we extended our stay by one extra night. Our golf vacation was truly enhanced by the beauty and elegance of Maisons-Sur-Mer. We highly recommend renting from Julie. We are already planning to stay with Julie again this year.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Myrtle Beach! The place was clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The view from the multiple balconies was relaxing. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and right on the beach. Location was perfect for our interests. Easy access to the beach. Walking distance to Flip Flops and Ocean Annie’s. The condom itself was immaculate. The bed in the master was like sleeping on a cloud. Best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. So much balcony space. Had a wonderful time.

This place was worth every single penny!! It felt like home. Although a room has to be shared, the space and the way the room is set up allows every individual to have their own space without feeling too close together or cluttered. There is an area for everyone, either the big family balcony or a private balcony away from everyone else, many different areas to eat either outside in the kitchen or in the dining area whatever your mood is this place has it. What I loved the most was the many accesses to the balcony. No matter where you were whether it was the kitchen, on the bedrooms, the living room, you could access the balcony. There was so much to enjoy JUST in the room alone and then so much more to enjoy about the place, like the pools, the bar, the music, the library, and different sports/activities. This place has everything I was looking for! I definitely will be staying here again!

My family and I stayed here July 15th-20th while traveling for a basketball tournament. This place was nice, clean, and relaxing. The setup of the property is top notch.
