Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

We really loved the location of the condo

We really loved the location of the condo. We had a perfect view of the beach and ocean and even got to see dolphins in the morning. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub was awesome. The only thing we didn’t like is we were only given one washcloth total for two people like we were supposed to share it and it took 3 days to finally get more. It’s like I was messaging a different person everytime. And the stove and dishwasher didn’t work which was very unfortunate since we had to spend more money going out to eat. Otherwise it was a great stay!

For the great price this room was very close to perfect, the location was ideal. One of the piers was only steps away so I really liked the convenient location to food and a little general store across the street. There were some stains on the bedding but it was clean and the were barlely noticeable. The refrigerator would defrost so the top shelf stayed wet. Nothing to worry about though as it’s a full sized fridge and many other shelves to use. Julie was very responsive and very clear on how to check in and out. I would stay here again and again

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo. The place is nice, comfortable, and perfectly located near all the major attractions. Being right on the beach made it extra special. Would definitely recommend!

Shortly after arriving, we locked ourselves out by forgetting the door’s passcode. It was in January, about 35 degrees outside, We were inside the building, thank goodness, but in our swimsuits (from using the indoor pool) but with a towel for some warmth. My famous last words, “nah, we don’t need our phones if we’re just going to the pool.” lol Thank goodness that the woman (Danielle) working at the Oceans One check-in across the street was such a sweetheart and helped us get in touch with Housekeeping Heroes, using her land line. The cleaning service was the only name we could remember that she could look up. They gave us the code and it worked! Other than my own mistake. the stay was perfect for us. (My wife would want me to clarify that only I went and took a golfing buddy, so…My mistake.)

Great place and location. Check in was seamless and easy. Close to everything and Julie’s recommendations were spot on. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and it’s just on block from the boardwalk which is quiet and safe. We look forward to coming back in the future. Loved that it was a quieter time in Myrtle Beach so there wasn’t any wait times at most of the restaurants. We took a liking to the Honey Bee which just opened this summer. Great food and friendly staff. I would like to thank you Julie for a comfortable and clean place to stay and thank you for responding quickly to our needs.

The condo over the ocean was a perfect get away in an outstanding location in Myrtle beach. Place was really clean and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It deserves 5 stars especially for the price and location directly on the beach. Pools looked great as well and were cleaned every morning as we watched the sunset.

We had a great stay! The view was perfect and everything was just as it was described. Our kids loved the different pool options and the beach is literally right there! Couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. Cooking was a challenge since the stove didn’t seem to heat up properly, but not impossible so definitely not a deal breaker, just an fyi if you cook a lot on your trip. We had a great experience with Julie and her rapid responses. We will definitely be returning here.

Julie, was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The key code came to our email right when they said it would. We also got a text message with the codes in it. I really appreciated having a key code and not having to carry around a key card everywhere I went. The Condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It took just a few minutes to get to the beach, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. There was also plenty of parking, just across the street with easy access.

Any questions any concerns I had she was right there to answer.. the view from her place is absolutely amazing. The building is peaceful and it was also clean me and my mom are very particular where we stay and every year that I come to Myrtle Beach, I will be staying at Miss Julie’s. She is the first air and B I have booked and she didn’t disappoint my experience, if you stay here respect Ms Julie property , she was nothing but kind to me and my family . Ocean one is my go to in myrtle. 8 years of doing a girls trip. Every room is ocean view, secure bulding, nice pools and hot tubs. Julie hasnt always been our host, but every time she is, i know we are in good hands!

Awesome stay!

We loved the condo! It was clean and nice inside. The view and location was perfect. I had 3 young teens (ages 12 13 14) and they enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and the beach! I was very impressed with everything and would book again! Communication was great throughout our stay as well!

Nice stay

This condo was a fair price. Very basic, nothing special. There aren’t any “extras” that I’ve gotten when renting other places (no sand toys or beach chairs provided), but they provide the basics, which is all I needed. The condo was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The view was great. The condo was within walking distance of a lot of places. I was not emailed check in information until after 4:00 pm. It was a simple check in process though. I did feel like I had to jump through a lot of hoops for the reservation to be finalized. There are a lot of rules, like “if you don’t do … you will be charged.” Also, the host/cleaning fee was pretty hefty compared to other rentals I’ve had. It wouldn’t stop me from staying again though.

Julie’s place is wonderful: nice location (near the beach) and spacious rooms (I would imagine that it should be perfect for families). I was really satisfied with the balcony view of the ocean. It is a bit unusual to sign an additional rental agreement besides airbnb (with very specific rules and possible charges) but the instruction was overall clear and helpful.
