We had to find a place to stay last minute due to our original place not working out and I am so glad we found this place!! It was great! We were able to walk to do so much. It was right by the beach and felt very clean and safe. We would stay again!

This condo was perfect for a relaxing week with my daughter. It had everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach. There were plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics.
It was clean and comfortable.

This property was very easy to deal with from making the reservation to checking out. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. Updated, spacious, clean, on the beach front with a great view, and comfortable. The parking area was just outside the front door with ample spaces. There was onsite full time security. The location was near popular restaurants and shopping. We were totally satisfied with our whole stay and look forward to returning often.

Great location. Great view and balcony for February. Very comfortable setting. Heated indoor pool was quite nice also!

Great property

This property was great for a quick beach getaway. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for a couple people. Communication with the property manager was good.

Overall everything was good, but the floor wasn’t very clean. Our feet got black just from walking on it. Also, there was a foul smell coming from the dishwasher when we opened it.

This experience was a good one , and my first with Vrbo. The manager was quick to reach out and provide all information (and this was a last minute booking 2 days before checking in. I was searching for a modest 2 day getaway. This listin caught my eye because of the location, the price, and the phenomenal balcony views. That panoramic ocean-front view was spectacular. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, and knitting. The bedroom was spacious and could comfortably accommodate 4. The sofa bed was adequate, but not the ideal. 6 people wouldn’t fit well

We enjoyed our long weekend “Time Out”! The Avista is a beautiful resort & the condo was nice!

We had a wonderful time at Island Vista! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again! The staff are very sweet and work so hard! We had a very amazing experience here!!

Everything was perfect, couldn’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. The decor is beautiful! The outdoor area, pool and hot tub are comfortable!

For this trip we really wanted a place that we could sit outside and hear the ocean as my FIL is blind, but we also wanted a beachfront with balcony so my MIL could sit outside and enjoy looking at the ocean. This was their first time to the beach in 25 (maybe more) years. This place looked beautiful on the site and it was just as beautiful in person. We gave my in-laws the beach side with windows over looking right over the beach and my husband and I took the strip side. The view from both ends was amazing. My daughter loved that the room was on a higher floor and we haven’t stopped talking about our trip. We made so many special memories and this place was one of the highlights!
