I gave this unit a 5 star review because it met our 3 criteria. It must be clean with comfortable beds and amenities that are reasonable. We are both in our 60’s and if we can’t sleep, vacation isn’t as fun. What I wish I had known is the coffee pot is a Keurig that has basket for the pot and can accommodate single serve pods. It made good coffee. The owner left such considerate items like there were plenty of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, hand soap and salt/pepper. The towels in the unit are soft and absorbent. There are makeup black wash cloths for your face. I always use deposable ones and thought this was a considerate touch. There is even a lit magnifying mirror in one of the baths. There is a closet with beach chairs, pool noodles and kids buckets and various play items. I could have packed less. The draw backs were there is ONE beach access card and no hot tub. Even with that, we would rent here again.

Stayed at this location multiple times but this unit was a lot better than the others from other hosts.

Very nice! Clean and comfortable, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed (in main bedroom—we didn’t use the other one), very nice bathrooms. Good location on a quiet stretch of Cherry Grove. Good pool, long enough to swim laps. Beautiful view from the veranda.My only mild confusion resulted from the use of the term “front desk”, which just means online contact with the host, not a physical location. I wasn’t expecting any personal contact since it’s a condo complex, but it was a little ambiguous. No big deal—We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

This condo was very nice and clean. When I arrived there was a broken handle which got repaired quickly, but everything else was great! Unlike some other rentals we have used, it was nice to arrive and have the beds already made and some essentials (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc..) already available. Things to note include: 1) while it can indeed comfortably sleep 4, there is no dining table inside or out - you either have to sit at the bar or use your lap; 2) while there were four tall chairs on the balcony, there was only one small table that could hold one person's food (and we like to eat outside); 3) you cannot see the beach from the balcony but you can see and hear the ocean; 4) Big Fish Rentals was very responsive and helpful (this was my first time using them and I will consider them for future trips). I would certainly consider staying there again - and the price was great.

Definitely stay here again, and would rent from Julie. We have been staying in NMB for 30 years, and are very familiar with the area and the rental agencies. I would recommend Big Fish Realty to anyone. I will definitely use them again. Thanks for a great stay at our favorite beach.

Amazing rental beds were extremely comfortable. The view was outstanding.

Great stay for my daughter’s birthday. Beach access with a Starbucks downstairs, what else can you ask for. Pools for the kids were great. The grand babies, ages 1 and 6 had fun in the lazy pool and kiddie area. Thank you for having us.

Great place to stay at. Only issue that we had was the Mini Golf was taken down and is supposedly being renovated but they clearly have not started it. That is also not Big Fish Rentals fault. everything was as pictured and clean.

Wonderful views of the Ocean. Good furniture to sit and relax. We spent most of our time on the balcony or on the beach. Great location and host.

This place was fantastic. My family loves the location/area so to find this unit right in the heart of it, within our budget was amazing. Awesome sunrise views from the balcony to drink coffee from in the morning, comfortable furniture to hang out in at night.

We had a great time and a great stay. The room was exactly as advertised. We loved the view. It was just like staying at home. We ended up bringing an extra person with us and had to change our amount of guests the night before. Julie took care of everything before we arrived. Couldn't ask for a better host. We also had a few extra cars that stayed because we brought two cars for a show. You're only provided 2 passes and the resort will not issue more as per policy. But they have a parking lot directly across the street that is free to use and super convenient if you have extra cars. Over all it was a great stay and we will be returning for our next beach trip.

We had the absolute GREATEST time here. The room was so beautiful, clean & conveniently located. The hotel had everything you could ever need and so many wonderful things for kids to enjoy.
I couldn’t have asked for a better trip!
