This is our second time working with Julie and it seems to get better with each visit.
This condo was perfect from the moment we opened the door. Wow was the first thought that entered my head.
Don't hesitate if you are thinking about planning a getaway to the beach and definitely consider staying with Julie.

I had such a lovely stay the condo is so nice and very spacious!! I definitely will be booking again!!

great no lights in the dining room

Our stay with Julie at Big Fish Rentals was outstanding. A few minor things though, couple of the blinds were missing on the sliding glass doors allowing light to enter the room from either the sun or buildings across the street with our door lighting. Also noticed the washing machine was extremely loud when running a cycle. All the rooms in the apartment were clean and extremely well kept.

The place was beautiful the front desk people were very nice as well as the security guard, I did not like the fact that being woke up by maintenance and did not get a call before beforehand to let me know that that was gonna happen and from where I had not slept in days didn’t help I was able to get back asleep and had a very long drive before me .

We enjoyed our stay!!! It was a great place to relax after long days at a conference! Thank you!!!

Beautiful view of ocean. Would defygo back again.

Property was beautiful on 16th floor with great ocean views. The balcony doors need to be fixed or better handles to open and close with more ease. The mattress in master is too hard and not comfortable. The carbon monoxide detector in second bedroom needs to be fixed as it’s always beeping. TVs need cable as there was only streaming and unable to watch local channels or football games. Kitchen was well appointed and had all needed to cook. On positive the elevators are very fast. Property is clean and very secure.

This condo was everything that was listed and more. The views from our balcony was amazing.

Pictures really don’t do justice to the view that you have. All day long you have sweeping views of the ocean as well as the dunes golf course off to the right. At night you can catch the most beautiful sunset. We found ourselves trying to rush home just so that we could be there to see it. Location is fantastic. We love that area so walkable too other locations and the estuary.
As far as the unit, it was fantastic. The furniture and the beds were very comfortable the bathroom while it’s modern with stand-up showers, barely no complaints at all. We we’ll definitely be back hopefully for two weeks next time.😀

The overall experience was great. I was on the first floor which made access to the suite very convenient. The suite was very nice from floor to ceiling. It was really quiet in the room from any outside noise, I really never heard else on our floor. Hallway floor was carpeted so that may have contributed to the quiet atmosphere. Unit was very clean including the refrigerator, dishwasher kitchen and restrooms.

I gave this unit a 5 star review because it met our 3 criteria. It must be clean with comfortable beds and amenities that are reasonable. We are both in our 60’s and if we can’t sleep, vacation isn’t as fun. What I wish I had known is the coffee pot is a Keurig that has basket for the pot and can accommodate single serve pods. It made good coffee. The owner left such considerate items like there were plenty of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, hand soap and salt/pepper. The towels in the unit are soft and absorbent. There are makeup black wash cloths for your face. I always use deposable ones and thought this was a considerate touch. There is even a lit magnifying mirror in one of the baths. There is a closet with beach chairs, pool noodles and kids buckets and various play items. I could have packed less. The draw backs were there is ONE beach access card and no hot tub. Even with that, we would rent here again.

Great stay!!! Was very helpful and responsive to anything we needed. Great amenities and easy access to the beach! Beds were very comfortable and balcony was nice space!! Excellent stay!!!

Stayed at this location multiple times but this unit was a lot better than the others from other hosts.

Very nice! Clean and comfortable, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed (in main bedroom—we didn’t use the other one), very nice bathrooms. Good location on a quiet stretch of Cherry Grove. Good pool, long enough to swim laps. Beautiful view from the veranda.My only mild confusion resulted from the use of the term “front desk”, which just means online contact with the host, not a physical location. I wasn’t expecting any personal contact since it’s a condo complex, but it was a little ambiguous. No big deal—We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.
