We loved it here,our 3 year old loved the pools and water slide. Soooo I left something in the room and realized it when we we’re almost home and Julie’s and her crew went above and beyond to find it for me I am so thankful. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. place was clean and has an amazing view from the 12th floor. Only thing we would suggest is a few more kitchen items, pot handle was broken and we only had one so we were cleaning it to make various things. Resort was nice and definetly a plus that pets are allowed since we have 2 older dogs we hate to leave at home. overall great place for the pricr. far away enough from the chaos of Broadway but close enough to make the trip for shopping.

The instructions for checkout about the TV are not as bad as some of the reviews here say. I mean if you're used to being a slob and leaving a mess everywhere then yeah, I guess it's work. The way the TV is set up, it makes sense to have the last person set it back to regular television before leaving the room. I thought the communication was great as far as questions or issues that I had. The place was clean for all general areas but really could use a deep clean, like vacuum the top air registers and dust wash dusty walls. The couch needs to be replaced and I would go with leather to avoid fabric germs amd0 stains. Bring a large blanket if you want to relax on the couch. One of the security guards is weird and rude. The really large guy. People in other units had money stolen out of their rooms when they were gone. I didn't have that issue and I didn't feel unsafe in my room or on the grounds. Most likely this was someone who somehow had door codes to their rooms. New mattress needed

Excellent location, great southern view of the Atlantic ocean. Easy walk to the beach. Parking very easy and out of the sun. Kitchen is decently supplied, shower is fantastic. We even used the stairs (8 flights) most of the time, unless carrying our beach gear. The Buckets restaurant at the base level is very nice, fairly priced, good bar food, local beer on tap, owners are friendly.

The only semi complaint I would say, is the walls are a little thin, we could hear pitter patter above us(little kid staying and running), and some voices at times on the sides of us. But probably expected in a condo setting. Didn't bother us much but worth mentioning.

Sitting on the deck in the morning and evening was fantastic. The pool is right below the deck, so you will hear pool noise, but again if you want total privacy and noise free stays, you probably should rent a house..

Overall we liked it and would return.

Julie’s condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 5 yo, 2 yo). We slept on the pull out couch and bed. She provided beach chairs and some beach toys as well. The privacy of the resort was great and beach was beautiful of course.

Our stay at this Airbnb was great! Location was amazing and the Airbnb was decorated beautifully. Julie was very quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely book again!

The stay was great! Check in was easy. Room was clean. Kitchen was equipped with things needed to cook. Not Julie’s fault but the pool and pool area could be cleaner.

Ok. . .I have been coming down to MYR for 20+ years. The location was very familiar to me. Now if I had any complaints about this it would be the proximity to the elevator. This room is right next to it. This could be a problem to "some" people. Quite honestly, didn't even hear it. The next one would be the amenities at the resort. In order to utilize the outdoor bar / breakfast cafe, Starbucks station you need the "resort card". This is very unfriendly to AirBNB guests. Again no worries on my end. The room has a fantastic view of the ocean, secure covered parking and walking distance to everything you need. This is a 5 star review and will definitely look at this place the next time I come down.
