We had a great stay in this condo. it was clean and comfortable. We had easy access to the beach and the pool, and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. It was relaxing to see the ocean from the couch while I drank my tea in the morning. We also enjoyed listening to the live music on the balcony from the nearby bar.

Loved the pool area. Did not like people putting towels out and leaving. Everyone was very nice. The staff was great. the room was very nice.

Pics show exactly what this rental is. Small, but everything two people need for four nights to unplug. Great view from the balcony. Bed is comfy, but sits very high, and you’ll bang your knee against the huge picture on the wall. Amenities at resort are as advertised. In same building as a hotel, so keep that in mind. Tiki bar on site. Bartender is very nice, and he tamped down a problem with the yee-haw group with the boombox turned to 11.

Nice place to stay!

My stay at Julie’s was very enjoyable. Condo was nice and roomy. Right next to beach. Loved the view from balcony. Would definitely book this place again.

Loved this place, exactly as described. The only bummer was the 10AM checkout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our beachfront stay in Julie’s apartment. The two balconies looking over the beach are wonderful. Restaurants in walking distance.

Great stay would come back

The stay was amazing, the master suite had a private balcony which was beautiful to wake up to in the morning. The kitchen was very clean, the bathrooms were exceptional and well put together. Overall amazing stay. Would definitely book again.

Great location, ample room space, wifi/tv’s were easy to use, and easy check in/out. We truly enjoyed our vacation- the kids loved it!

The only concern were the additional fees/holds for cleaning and damage. The cleanliness and level of damage did not reflect justification for such high fees. There was a lot of wear and unfinished repairs in the bathroom/kitchen areas. Photos used for the listing were dated.

Great view of ocean and only a few steps to the beach.

This was our first trip since welcoming our baby girls and it couldn’t be more perfect. The location was great! So close to the beach and had so many activities for kids. The kiddie area was great and even with having some bad weather their indoor pools allowed us to still have an amazing time. Right down the street is plenty of shops and a little fair area with rides. The inside of the condo was clean and just like the pictures. Our favorite part might of been all the windows. It was beautiful! Would definitely recommend booking here!

Our stay was great overall, I do think that more pillows could be provided on the beds as people usually sleep with more than one pillow but based on reviews I brought my own. Also their is a lot of rules and guidelines but I can understand why to keep the property up it's important to have those rules. Overall property is beautiful, the view is beautiful, it's clean & spacious.

Julie’s place had a beautiful view. Check in was so easy. Her place was just what we were looking for. Lots to do in walking distance.

The view was amazing

Nice views, easy instructions on getting in. The only thing I did not like was there was so many expectations for the guest at time of check out. As well as crazy charges that would apply if not completed. I felt like for a vacation there was way to many rules to follow or we would be charged.

Just as listed- Beautiful ocean views! Great location, close to the boardwalk and restaurants. We enjoyed the pools and daily beach walks. We look forward to booking again with Julie :)

This particular condo was very well taken care of and kept very clean. The condo itself (which is what we are rating here) is great. Parking passes were left out, and we had simple and quick communication when we did have questions.

The condo is in a hotel, that we were told is beginning to sell off many of its suites, and there are some noteworthy items about the hotel. The building as a whole is beginning to show some age and effects of being so close to the ocean. The pools and beach are great to have access to, but the pool walls are rather rough. Both of my older kids came away with scraped toes, knees, and elbows. Also, the parking garage is rather tight. We were fine in our Subaru Outback, but anything much bigger would struggle around corners, and we saw several lower sitting cars bottom out as they exited.

In the end, we were very happy with the condo. The hotel enhances the overall stay and is great for families, but it is not without some flaws.
