Julie's place is centrally located and directly beach front. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Clean with seamless check in. Quietly located but close to dining, shopping, and entertainment. The beach area was clean with lifeguards near. Would stay there again. It was perfect for our mother daughter get away😊

This was clean, and quiet, and worked out well for a short little trip to the beach. I never had an issue finding parking when coming in for the night. It was a quick easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Nice view of the pool area, and beach. Easy access to the beach as well.

This place is so awesome. Be aware that it is in NORTH Myrtle Beach, not Myrtle Beach. The location is great, clean, somewhat quiet. There’s a lot of people in and out of the resort so you may hear people walking above you. Overall I would come here again. We loved the beach, the pool and the view. I wish the wifi was stronger but if you’re sitting on the beach it doesn’t really matter.

Great place! Great location!!

Great view and location! The security deposit we where charged was 60% of the total cost we paid for the rental. That was not clearly listed on AirBnb, and we did know about it until after we purchased the non refundable rental on Airbnb . The deposit was retuned within a week after check out, but the contract said it could be returned in up to 30 days. There was also a detailed contract with 76 items that was required after we purchased the nonrefundable rental. I would recommend requesting to see the contract before renting just to know all of the details up front. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to stay.

With ALL the instructions that we received from the host was very easy the check in and check out. The place is clean and very comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the check-in and check-out times... a check-in at 4 in the afternoon and a check-out at 10 in the morning seems a bit exaggerated to me.

This was a great stay!!! The lodging was exactly as pictured! Access was easy! There was ample space for all and the views were awesome!!!

Excellent location! Condo was exactly as described. Only negative thing I can say is about the fire alarm going off in the building one night: I was on the balcony and heard an alarm, but didn’t know it was our building until my son came into the condo from the hallway and told me.

Loved our stay! Looks EXACTLY like the photos, the views were even better. Starter supplies were nice, especially the full-sized liquid hand soap in each bath (thank you!). Our family, which included teens, had the best time here - nobody wanted to leave the resort or go do other MB things. We found beach chairs in the 2nd bed closet - wish we'd have known before we bought some, but will be nice for others who stay after us. I was a little worried b/c after we booked we received a LONG contract and list of rules that seemed overwhelming but I'm sure other guests don't treat rentals as respectfully as some of us do, thus the need for this. We did NOT find the check out requirements to be cumbersome at all - very normal things and our deposit was promptly returned. We had an issue with the AC leaking on day 1 and they responded immediately & fixed it - super friendly! We'll likely book again when we come back for our son's college visit to Coastal Carolina. I've stayed at Sands ocean many times over the years and this is by far the largest one bedroom I've seen, Love the corner suite.
