Check in was a breeze. Condo was very clean. There was a problem with the balcony door handle but was quickly remedied. Host was very quick to take care of the problem.
Location was great. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. Few items:
Good things:
Kitchen was fully stocked w/ all eating and cooking utensils. Items to wash dishes, extra trash bags, etc. But no paper towel or coffee filters. So if you plan to make coffee, just make sure to bring own and paper towel or napkins if you plan to eat in the condo. These were not deal breakers by any means, just good info to know for future guests. Also ,maybe have a small broom in place for any spillage or accidental sand that might get brought in.
Bathroom had more than enough towels. Extras were provided as well as a few travel sized hygiene products and makeup towels as well. Extra TP was also provided.
Location as great. Balcony made for a nice wake up and drink coffee overlooking the ocean place.
Comfy place. No issues w/ anything.
The condo itself from Big Fish Rentals had a few issues, but that is not anything to do w/ this condo or Julie specifically so I am still giving Julie a high review!

We had a nice three night stay at this condo, everything was as advertised and the condo unit was cleaner than most hotel rooms I have stayed in lately.

The multiple pools are a great amenity and I feel like the host could up sell that feature a little more with more photos. Walk to the beach was super easy and parking was included and convenient.

Getting to skip the front desk and check in/out directly with the rental company via email was great.

The only issues what we had with our stay are out of the hosts' control as they are more to do with the entire property:

The WiFi was free but pretty useless for anything other than checking email, plan to use your cellular data.

The elevators, lobby, and restaurant are HOT. Like no air conditioning hot. If you are hot-natured be sure you carry a fan.

This is a GREAT resort for kids, but if you are a couple without children and prefer more quiet leisure, you may want to book outside of the summer school break.

Overall, we had a good time and will consider this host/unit again.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect with lots of pools and the beach is so close. There are multiple showers between the beach and the pool to help get the sand off. We had a corner view which was spectacular. It would have been nice to have a few beach chairs or towels in the airbnb but we were aware of that ahead of time. We ended up renting chairs and an umbrella on the beach which worked but was somewhat expensive. Chairs only would be nice to have at the airbnb and cheap for Julie and then we only would have had to rent an umbrella. The wifi wasn't that great. It is provided by the whole building and we got a number we could call so it wasn't a huge deal but it was kind of annoying that it didn't work that well. The location was also very close to walkable restaurants and shopping. What a great area! We hope to be back!

My family and I love the place absolutely spacious and amazing view beautiful in every way! With everything included pools and entertainment in one place! Arcade pool, and bar!! We are planning in getting this place again! Recommend 100%

Awesome place, highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated and has views of the pool deck and ocean. We loved that it is conveniently located on the second floor and close to the elevators.
We didn’t have any issues but communication for check in and out was great!

The view here is beautiful. Balcony is the best way to end the night, since everything locks down at 11, very quiet.
Hosts’ were quick with all responses and detailed, we knew exactly what to expect.
Very convenient area, easy walk to fun attractions.

It was a comfortable place to stay. I just didn't like how cold the room was. Loved being right on the beach and was able to walk to a lot of places from where I was at. It was just a short easy drive to where you wanted to go to see any shows.

We enjoyed this condo! Right on the boardwalk with walkable access to all we needed.

The place was clean and the location was fantastic. The only thing I’d recommend is having a checklist available within the unit. There are a lot of rules that can easily be forgotten. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay

Perfect little beach condo! Well appointed for a mother-daughter short stay: it had everything we needed. I spent my time between the beach and balcony, watching the waves. Other families enjoyed the pools! Shelling after dark was fun.

The location was great. Having a kitchen to prepare meals in with 4 kiddos so we didn't have to eat out all the time was amazing. Def want to come back!

TV in living room never did work. Condo is very reasonable, does need some paint, and minor updates in the bathroom. Over all it was a great stay:)
