This place was absolutely amazing for my first Airbnb booking! The price was beyond reasonable as I was down there for bike week so it was really busy and we expected the prices to be higher but they weren’t! The hotel room was EXACTLY as pictured. We had an amazing time! Not only did the pictures match the room but even after I arrived the host went out of her way to send a list of things to do and a list of things to eat in the area. It’s was great!!! Book immediately! ❤️
Front desk check-in was warm and welcoming. Room was easy to find. Code easy to use. Kitchen had everything I needed.Bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Bed was comfortable Couch and dining room chairs weren't very comfortable but definitely serviceable. The balcony chairs were very comfortable perfect place for morning tea. Host was friendly, accessible and helpful. Highly recommend!

Overall I would say our stay was a 4.5 but since that isn’t an option, I rounded up to 5. For the price, the value is 100%. Our condo was located on the side overlooking private homes which gave us a quiet, clear view of the beach and ocean without having to look at other hotels, the pool, or hear loud guests. It was great. The condo itself was clean and comfortable: perfect for our family. There were a few negatives which I think can be found in any rental, and the hotel itself was a bit different than I’d expected (which isn’t the fault of this condo at all). However, the host was very quick to respond to our messages which made the experience great knowing we could get ahold of someone quickly. Overall, great location, condo and somewhere we’ll definitely come back to.

The pools were very warm as promised. Things were dated but fine for the value. All went smoothly. Thank you.

Can’t wait to come back
We had a great few days in Myrtle Beach staying at Julie’s place! We could sit at the table to eat our meals and watch the ocean or sit on the couch and watch the ocean and that was amazing! The complex was great on pools and the beach itself. Would 100% recommend staying here! We loved it so much that we checked out today but also reserved our stay a year from now from Julie in the same exact condo as of today. Wild to checkout from a place and book the same exact place same day, but that proves how much we enjoyed it and how nice of a place it was to stay!

There have been a lot of updates to the resort. It's looking good and the staff was very welcoming and nice as normal. We rented from Julie at Big Fish Rentals, as we have a few times before. The unit was nice and was as advertised. Her staff admin checked on us after our first night and wished us safe travels after our checkout. The entire process from booking to checkout was easy. We'll be booking our next trip soon.

It was a great experience for my first time there
We loved our stay. We will definitely be back !!! It was very clean and comfortable. The balcony has an amazing view overlooking the ocean.
Great area to stay. Beautiful ocean view! This place had everything we needed for our visit. The staff within the Avista was also extremely helpful. Only thing we got confused on was our gps decided to take us to the heart of Myrtle. Be sure to put in NORTH myrtle in your gps
Give this place a chance! Perfect weekend get away! Beautiful view, I definitely see it as a lovely couples get away spot. Nothing crazy fancy, yet perfectly affordable. Short drive to 21 Main. Literally the best meal I’ve ever had! Thanks again Julie!
