This property was exactly as described. I was hesitant at first but was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the property was. Would definitely recommend!

The property manager provided timely notices and access if we had any questions or needs.

The unit is accurately represented in the pictures and has an absolutely gorgeous view. The decor is peaceful and you can hear the relaxing sound of waves crashing even with the door closed! The room is clean and well maintained. The property itself is older and set up motel style but the grounds are well kept up and the pool deck is wonderful. While I was there major construction began to renovate the lobby, and walkway from the garage entrance. There are several pool and hot tub options to choose from. You also can’t beat the location, it is right on the beach and there are numerous dinning and entertainment options nearby. You can even walk to Barefoot landing. I would highly recommend this place if coming to the Myrtle Beach area.

A few things to note - In my previous Airbnb experiences the places were advertised and overseen by the owner. A rental company manages this unit and the process to book has more steps, rules, a contract and security deposit that I had not encountered before when using Airbnb. I also received excessive emails reminding me of the rules/fees both pre and during stay. For example there were large fees if you took towels out of the room or used a different input on the tv and didn’t turn it back to the tv mode before departing. While they are quick to respond via text and everything worked out, I never knew who I was talking to and I don’t believe I ever spoke directly with the person Julie listed on Airbnb as the host. The three times I reached out with questions/concerns I had to have two separate interactions before receiving the correct answer/issue addressed. Lastly, if you are planning to work remotely from here or will be streaming from the internet I recommend bringing your own personal hot spot as the internet speed was often slow and unpredictable.

We liked this property. It was clean and had most everything we needed for the week. There are inside and outside pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. You don't need to bring floats. They provide them for the lazy river. They also provide towels for the pool. Beds were comfortable. We didn't use the living room beds though. The only things I had to buy/bring were paper towels, zip lock, cooking spray/spices, dish towel, tupperware, cooler/ice packs and of course food/drinks. They have 2 chairs and an umbrella rentals for $35/day. We brought our own. Loved being in North Myrtle Beach and off season. Much less crowded and good restaurants. Loved the area!

The building was a little run down but the room itself was absolutely perfect.

Spectacular ocean view. Loved having the sliding glass door open and watching and listening to the waves crash. Modern beach décor was lovely. Extremely comfortable beds with high end quality sheets and comforters. Kitchen was perfect for eating simple breakfasts or heating up left overs. The only thing that was awkward was not having the ability to hang towels or swim suits to dry unless you put them outside on the deck. My recommendation to the owner is offer an indoor clothes drying rack and a few more hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise, we LOVED our stay and HIGHLY recommend this condo to others. Pools were nice too.

We were very happy with the condo. It was super clean and decorated beautifully for the beach. Would definitely stay again in this condo. The resort itself needs some updating. Getting into the parking garage was a pain due to scaffolding blocking one of the lanes. People were just parking in the lane and blocking the garage entrance. They needed someone out there to make people move. However, I did love how easy it was to get down to the beach. Great location as well. Very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

Expectations. Contact management about issues about things outside there control and they note it would get fix. Right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything about this place is great. We walked everywhere. Pool and hot tub at ground floor. Close to board walk; under a mile. Can't wait to do it again.

My family and I had a great time at this property. The view is beautiful. The staff at the hotel are uneasy about 3rd party rentals and don’t offer much help; I state that because we forgot our parking passes and all they would do is give us paper and a pen to write our room number and date of departure. They said it’s only needed in case our vehicle is hit while at the parking garage. The rooms/ house was cleaned well but we did find other people’s socks and trash behind the headboards on the floor. None of which were a big deal to me! We enjoyed our stay! I would book again and would recommend!

The room was okay for what we paid for. Just was missing the extra comforts of home. The bed and pillows could use a serious upgrade and the walls could be painted and carpet be replaced.

We loved the corner unit which allowed for amazing views. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed.

This room was very nice clean had a great view great location the only thing that was concerning to me was I've been coming to myrtle beach for many years and I have never rented from an owner that had so many charges for different things in the room that you may forgot to do like changing the TV input or not spreading out your towels. We were a little concerned about all the rules that came with this. It was a very nice room and very clean.

This place ticked all the boxes for me and my dear friend. Wanted to be on the water. Ocean view and convenient to everything.

perfect for a couple days at the beach

I was a bit worried because of some of the reviews and some scheduling issues. There was a lot of communication lots of reading on dos and donts which gave me an uneasy feeling, thinking I would mistakenly miss something and be tricked into a bad experience, when i had to send a deposit a couple of days before my stay i felt very weary. However, when i set foot in the resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the easy check-in, and easy access to our room, my family and I loved it, it was clean and well decorated, equipped with just what we needed. The balcony view was GREAT. Would have loved to have access to the resorts entertainment and restaurant, but overall, Very happy to have stayed there. We had a great stay. Julie and her team were communicating through out our stay, and we will very likely be returning. Thank you!
