Julie was extremely professional and responsive to any of my questions. The room #2102 has a fantastic view. The building itself as far as the interior structure needs updating. Elevators and lobby needs attention. But the Rooms are superb.

The accommodations were as expected. We spent very little time there except to sleep and it met our needs well. The amenities included with stay were a fantastic added benefit that we found ourselves using more than the room itself
