Beautiful unit, well appointed, perfectly clean, security and host were very responsive. Hope to stay here again!
My two friends and I stayed in a Condo on the Penthouse floor. The view was amazing. The condo was very clean with everything we needed for a great stay. Questions for the host was answered very quickly. It was very quiet, and we would definitely recommend this condo for in the future people wanting to rent here. Everyone in this building including permanent residents, other renters, and down to security. Highly recommend. Dee

We had a great stay and would definitely book again! The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful. Parking was great and being right by the elevator made getting deliveries & going to the pool/beach a breeze!
A few minor things: there were no oven-safe baking dishes or dishwasher pods, so we had to wash dishes by hand. The fridge had some stains, but it worked perfectly, and the living room chair could use an upgrade.
My biggest suggestion is clearer communication about the balcony door. We received messages about an alarm sounding &/or the AC shutting off if the door was open or cracked. We chose beachfront specifically to enjoy the sound of the waves with the door open while watching TV or sleeping. We would’ve gladly turned off the AC, but weren’t given that option. We didn’t learn until the end that the door could stay open for 30 minutes before triggering anything. Knowing that upfront would’ve saved us from constantly scurrying in and out!
Overall, we loved our stay!

Lovely Stay with Great access to Beach and Pier!!
Positive:
We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, with easy access to the pool, close proximity to Apache Pier, and convenient access to nearby attractions. We loved the beautiful lake view right from the porch and the peaceful walking trail leading to the beach. The condo was clean, the kitchen was lovely, and the showers were great. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and having three beds in the other bedroom was perfect for accommodating our children. We also appreciated the helpful guest book, which provided updated information about the area, local attractions, and things to do. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely rent here again. Location of the condo was great to local restaurants and shops. The location to the beach was perfect and the balcony had great views.The Internet would not connect to my phone,but it connected to the TV. I did communicate that the TV in the bedroom had a line down the middle of the screen. Both issues were not a deal breaker for me.Make sure to pack a beach towel as the pool does not provide. There is a condo being built next door, but it was not loud and semi fun to watch from the balcony.The bed was SO big and SO comfy. It was super affordable and I am glad I booked.I
We had a wonderful stay! The view of the beach from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even better. We took full advantage of all the amenities, including both pools, the lazy river, and the hot tubs, which were all fantastic! The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and relaxing. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing beach getaway. We would happily stay here again!
