Julie and her team were very responsive. The place was conveniently located and the view is amazing. There are a lot of rules in place and fees in place if you don’t follow them but rightfully so. I imagine in this location there is a high cost associated. We enjoyed our stay and just wish we were staying longer.

We truly enjoyed this location. The views were great, the “condo” was cleaner than most and well decorated (this coming from someone who is grossed out by a lot!), and the resort itself was great— with numerous pools/hot tubs, a pretty full service tiki bar, and the beach a hop, skip, and jump away. The resort was in more of a secluded area, so while busy with those staying, not too overrun by visitors. Julie’s place had much of what you would need for a couple day stay without needing to bring your own.
I would definitely recommend and I would definitely book again!

My family and I enjoyed our time at Julie's place. This was in the perfect location as it sits right on the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. Whether you look from the bedroom or the living room you will not be disappointed. You get a view of the beautiful ocean and the pools. It is very peaceful. Julie's place is spacious and clean. She is a very responsive host and I will definitely book Julie's place again in the future.

This is a beautiful resort with amazing views from the balcony. The balcony was huge and we spent lots of time out there. The walk to the beach and pool area was easy. The flooring in the unit was beautiful and easy to sweep up the sand. The kitchen was spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We used the washer and dryer daily which made it nice. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was my favorite, I’ve stayed at this specific unit for 6 years straight before it became a rented-out condo thru agencies. First time dealing with an agency. Communication in the beginning could have been better - instructions to get the key card were unclear even though we paid for a 2 hour early check in. Communication overall after that was great!

Pretty pricey. Probably wont book through Airbnb again though. All in all, we paid about $3500 for a 9 night stay. Our couple friends paid half of that for the week and they even had bigger families. There was 4 of us couples. Their rooms were just as nice. I really feel we overpaid even though we had a nice stay. Small things need to be fixed in the room, but nothing crazy. My only real complaint, would be the price.

This is our 2nd year booking our vacation at this location through AirBNB. I didn’t think they could outdo last year, but they sure did. Wonderful accommodations for the price and 5 Star plus customer service.
Looking forward to many more stays with Julie.

This condo is the perfect spot to experience Myrtle Beach. Julie and her team are very quick and responsive, and made for an absolutely unforgettable stay. My family was sad to leave this condo, but we will most certainly be back!

Clear instructions, great communication. Very clean. Awesome view of the ocean. The condo is beautiful. The only con was that parking is not included. $25 parking per day

The condo was so cute and comfy! Julie was quick to respond to messages and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Great location- right on beach, ocean view room, restaurants and ice cream shop downstairs and a short drive to other restaurants and shops.
