Great location

Beautiful view, beautiful beach

Clean

The condo was very spacious and in an excellent location. The beds were comfy and we had good use of the pool & gym. You will need a car as listed to get to places as the condo is literally on the beach and everything is at least 1.5 miles away however still close enough driving distance. The beach itself in this area is very clean and not too packed. The condo also has a great view. Small pet peeves was not enough cooking utensils (skillet mainly) and the dryer did not dry well. Other than that the place is clean & very comfy.

It was a great stay and cute condo! Such a good view and the location is perfect for mostly anywhere you need to go!

Dunes Village condo is a great family friendly place. Communication of expectations before arriving was well written. Check in and check out was easy and effortless. The room and items provided was exactly as communicated. Beautiful view of the beach also.

Great place! Julie is fast at replying and the place was so clean when we arrived. The views can’t be beat!!

Great stay

Great location. We was not able to buy anything from the Starbucks inside the hotel which was the only complaint i had.

It was a great time and the lactation couldn’t have been better. You are at the end of the strip so it’s a bit quieter. Definitely an easy walk to everything and anything going on. The place has two comfortable beds. A nice small kitchen, living room and decent size balcony. The view was nice facing the ocean so at night it’s perfect for sitting out side and listening to the water come in. Nice size bathroom and definitely equipped with all items needed. Nice pools but could use a bit of cleaning and no shortage of hot tubes lol. Pool bartender was great

Condo was very nice. No issues while we were there. Hope to book another trip soon.

Tremendous value in Julie's place and great accuracy in advertising. The pre and post rental communications were thorough and accurate. Unbeatable view, amenities and location. One minor issue encountered during our stay was unresolved but did not adversely affect our stay at this great place.

Very nice location and able to see the beach and sunrise right at the balcony and with a nice backdrop of the 2nd avenue pier and the Atlantic ocean. Everything looks very clean. Luggage cart is available. Plenty of parking across the street where all guests park their car overnight. Don't let all the housekeeping rules scare you and just treat it like your house.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay, definitely we'll want to come back.
