The condo was sparking clean and very close to the beach with a great view for a great price. Make sure to bring beach stuff as this place is not stocked with that stuff. Not a problem at all and they tell you this in the confirmation. It's also close to many things to do with in walking distance. We enjoyed are stay!

The condo was great. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. The beach was wonderful for walking or lounging.
People were very nice and hospitable.
Enjoyed my first week so much that I booked an extra week!

Beautiful property. View with the exception of tape on deck was wonderful. Great location. Nice pool.
Bring your own k-cups was the single downside. Couldn’t find them at local grocery.

This property had awesome views, very nice location to restaurants. The pools and the grounds surrounding were spectacular. Would definitely return to this property.

Location is fantastic, one block off access to the boardwalk. Unit is extremely nice, view is beautiful. Check-in/arrival was incredibly easy, communication from owner was thorough and very helpful. Recommend being careful walking around after dark, which unfortunately applies about anywhere these days. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

Great view, short walk to the beach, hot tub and pool were open, great spot!

Condo is overlooking the pool area and the beach. It is at an angle which prevents you from seeing the sunrise from the balcony and the other building prevents you from seeing the sunset.
It is an efficiency but had everything we needed except a TV Channel guide. There are plastic mattress pads under the sheets which we got used to. The pillows really need to be replaced. They are very flat.
Overall, it was a nice, clean unit.

We had a wonderful weekend, over Labor Day, staying at this Condo (1620). It’s been recently renovated and they did a nice job. Though the first thing you will notice once you walk in is the VIEW! Doesn’t get better than endless ocean and beach. With a pandemic, cleanliness is more important than ever. We were impressed the place was SPOTLESS! The beds are comfortable and the AC kept the place nice and cool which was wonderful after a day on the hot beach. The condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to make a quick lunch and enjoy more time on the beach. The numerous pools in the condo were great too and rarely too crowded. The condo building itself needs a bit of attention, but that’s common at the beach and we went for the beach and we had a beautiful sanctuary to come home to everyday. When we got back home, the first cup of coffee we made we looked at each other and said ... I miss that view! The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Owner was awesome and responsive and made checkin and check-out simple and hassle free. Thank you for a great getaway. We hope to stay again!

It was our 2nd time staying at this condo! Although it did change a bit since 2018, we enjoyed our stay just as much. We did have a little issue with the cleaning crew leaving things behind, but Julie responded right a way and wanted to fix it. I enjoyed weekdays the most, since it was pretty empty and we had the pool to ourselves. The weekend brought a large crowd of younger people that resulted in cigarette butts and bottles in the pool and on the beach- but that is out of anyone’s control. Location is perfect- walking distance to a lot off food places and the amusement park.

We were very impressed with the property, great view and very clean. We even had everything we needed including beach chairs! Definitely recommending this to our other family friends. Great location, walkable to good restaurants and shops.

Nice place to stay that isn’t as terribly busy as Myrtle Beach. Awesome views, resort could use some updates, sad that the fitness room was closed. Darn Covid. Less than a mile from some good food (nacho hippo) and Starbucks.
