Great stay for our short weekend getaway.

Really nice unit. Beautifully decorated and lots of kitchen utensils. Conveniently located. Just needed a hair dryer!

Great location and amenities. Beds are comfortable and nice view. We had a great stay! I will say it does need some stuff done like better cleaning, balcony door fixed ( it won't close properly ) and water temperature coming out of shower head is cooler/colder than coming directly out of bathtub faucet but other than that I would definitely see bringing my family back in the future!

Clean, affordable place that was steps away from the beach. Host was quick to respond when a maintenance issue came up and we felt well taken care of.

Thoroughly enjoy mg stay. The place was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. I would recommend updating the bathroom linens.

our second time here and a great week !

We stayed here for our honey moon and it was amazing. Great veiw from the 16th floor very nice room. The avista is a great place to stay and julies room felt right at home. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. Only thing that was missing was the broom, the dust pan was still there i just think it was miss placed by the cleaning company or something. If your visiting north myrtle beach this is your goto place to stay. We will most definitely being staying with julie at big fish again if they will have us. Thanks for the best week of our lives as newlyweds.

Great location and views. Easily walkable to the touristy areas of the strand. Location was clean, plenty of linens for the 2 of us. Clean and lots of communication. TV remote in the bedroom wasn’t working when we arrived, but quick fix by maintenance. Slight musty smell upon arrival but quickly went away, just an older building. Was worried about noises with the beds by the door but it was quiet every night. Great shower water pressure. Pool area looked clean as well.

This was a perfect place to stay. We were able to rent chairs/umbrella right in front of our condo for the stay. There is a great sand path back between the condo and dunes to take walks. The week after Labor Day was the best time to go. Still hot and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The condo was perfect. Had everything we needed. The boardwalk was within walking distance.

Julie’s place was great! It was very clean and the pictures showed exactly what it looked like. The view and location were awesome!

place was well maintained and felt cozy. walked to the beach and near many great restaurants and attractions to the area. only downside was there were no pool bands in the room and the sloped parking was a bit strange but it's there for water run off. overall the stay was very well worth it for the price and instructions were clear and simple. great stay for my little family.
