Great getaway! The place was just as described!

Julie’s place was just as described! We loved the layout of the condo and the view of the ocean was unbeatable. The resort had great pools and a wonderful tiki bar. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely stay here again! We had a great time and can’t wait to come back! The only thing we would change is that we wished they would offer flexible check in without a fee. For instance, if the place was ready beforehand, we could just check in and if it’s not ready until 4:00 then that’s obviously fine as well! (We totally understand the cleaning crew has several places they need to clean and get done by the check in time, so it’s understandable and it’s no biggie) However the condo was ready at exactly 4:00 which was the check in time so that was very nice, there was no wait to check in and we got the email at exactly 4:00! Definitely would recommend Julie’s place!

Julie’s place was very nice and cozy. Felt right at home. The view was spectacular and the property was beautiful and very well kept. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely book here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Host was able to accommodate an early check in, which did cost an additional fee. Nice large spaces with a great ocean view from the private balcony. The beach was very close and many restaurants and shops were within walking distance. For comparable spaces in the area, it was a great value and would consider booking again.

As an FYI to future guests: The kitchen did have cookware and a small assortment of dishes, but that was it. Only salt and pepper was available. Much like a hotel, you need to buy everything else, including paper towel/ napkins. There is a separate disclosure document with a long list of rules/conditions including fines for not resetting the inputs on the TVs. You will also hear your neighbors and smell whatever they are cooking/smoking. Not a fault of the host, but something to keep in mind.

This is the second time I have stayed with Julie. The rate was great, my room looked exactly like the photos, and my view was beautiful! I even extended my stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit on Labor Day weekend. The resort was super fun! Plenty for the kids to enjoy. We saw fireworks and fire luau shows! The unit was clean, stocked well and all the bedding was clean and ready for us to enjoy. Fridge was perfect size for our family. Loved staying on the second floor, was easy in and out. The beach was so nice. Beautiful waves to boogie board, and no jellyfish which my kids loved. I wish we could have stayed longer. Julie the host was super easy to communicate with, even after hours. I’m so pleased! Don’t hesitate to book!!

Being my first “Airbnb” experience, Julie’s communication and updates with instructions on check in / check out made it easy.
The property description was accurate as well as the amenities that were available.
I look forward to my next get away and will absolutely reference Julie for available places to stay.
