Everything was clean and nice. It was at a great location near a lot of different things to do. I have no complaints about the condo at all it was great. That’s why it deserves 5 stars.

I know that the building is out of the control of Julie’s condo but it’s worth to mention that only two elevators out of them all worked causing you to wait 10-15 mins just to get on one. But again that has nothing to do with what Julie can control it was just worth noting.

Besides that the condo was great and I would come back for another trip.

Julie was a wonderful host and the property was amazing. It was exactly as described and pictured. The amenities were wonderful. We would definitely recommend this property

The place is clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach and lots of nightlife. Beds were comfortable. Only drawback is lighting is poor in bathroom to put on makeup. Definitely would recommend!

The condo was exactly as described. View was amazing!! Located in a very convenient area. The only issue we had was with the elevators at the resort. There was only one working in each tower so wait times were sometimes long.

Great little place with a beautiful view to wake up to! Wonderful communication and proactive support! Awesome location next to Barefoot Landing as well! Would definitely come back to enjoy another trip!

The condo was exactly as described, check-in was a breeze with the very detailed instructions sent in advance and the checkout instructions were also easy to follow.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. The location, the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful decor - this has it all. I never once heard noisy neighbors or slamming doors. I loved eating my breakfast on the private balcony and enjoying watching the beach life below and hearing the ocean waves. Such good therapy! The pools and lazy river were fun, and there was lots to do nearby. Even a fishing pier was within close driving distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This place was so nice and relaxing and RIGHT ON THE OCEAN. Very clean! The balcony was also nice to just chill out and people watch on the beach and listen to the waves. Will hopefully get to rent this again in the very near future!

Julie home felt like home away from home. Not only was the view so beautiful but her home was so comfy and clean.

Also I loved how everyone was on the beach at night looking for crabs and the lazy river was fun as well. I enjoyed the heated pools and the many activities to do at the resort.

10/10 recommend I would definitely stay here again

Condo was nice. Unfortunately the elevator was broke. Only one working so wait was long. Very long to get from car to condo. Being handicapped it wasn’t ideal.

Very nice place with great access to pools and the beach. Nice little bar and restaurant on the lobby floor if you don’t feel like leaving to go somewhere else.

Julie was very responsive if I had any questions and her place is kept up.

Unit is fine and clean, but the building is in need of updating. Overall a fine weekend

This is our second staying with Julie. Last time it was during the hurricane, this time it was perfect, close to everything, incredible view of ocean. So thankful we were on the 4th floor, when one of elevators went down, we could manage the steps😃hoping to book with Julie next year❤️

Worth staying at again

Great location 👌 and service. My kids enjoy having the pool and the beach so close,We have the best view to the beach the place was really clean .

It was just as described. Functional 2 BR condo, with a small stove but full refrigerator. It was perfect for a trip for a concert to Alabama Theater. Parts of the larger condo building are run down and only 1/2 elevators was functioning in our tower but 3rd floor made it very easy to access stairs. Due to the weather we didn't get to enjoy all the pool features but they looked great. I would definitely recommend for a short trip.
