We had a very great time staying at Julie’s Airbnb! The room was clean, the location was nice too! We enjoyed eating meals and seeing the beach directly from the balcony ! We also had a great time at the different pools too! Definitely will come back here again!

We had a great stay, Julie was very responsive to any questions we had. It’s the perfect location if you’re heading to the Myrtle beach boardwalk as it’s a few feet away. Every thing looked as shown in the pictures, we where very happy with our stay and would recommend staying with Julie again.

Very spacious and great location! Host was always quick to response! Beautiful views of the garden and the ocean from the balcony! Nice kitchen, and comfortable pillows! The indoor lazy river is definitely a plus to the swimming pools and hot tubs.
I have previously stayed in two other rooms in the same Bay View building and this one is so far the most spacious and convenient! I will definitely recommend it and looking forward to returning there in the nearest future.
Only downside is small TV screens compared to our 75s/85 inch TVs we have at home! A 55” in the living room would have made it perfect given the size of the room. But nevertheless, it was still great!

This was a great space for a trip to Myrtle Beach! Located right on the boardwalk and ocean front, you really can't ask for a better location. Plenty to do within walking distance and at the resort itself. We loved that the resort had pools that we could use (both indoor and outdoor) while we weren't able to go to the beach because of Hurricane Idalia. In addition to the pools the resort also had large Chess and Checker boards, a fitness room, and shuffleboard.

The room itself had plenty of space (more than we needed for just two people) and was in great shape when we got there. I appreciated having plates/cups/silverware/cutting board, and a toaster which we wouldn't have had in a hotel. It made packing beach lunches really easy!

Julie communicated everything we needed. I might even say it was overcommunication (I must've received more than 10 emails throughout the 5-night stay). Too much is better than not enough, though!

We had a great time and we would stay here again!

Thanks for making this an easy stay and play golf trip! We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect accommodations for a foursome of golfers and a better deal than two hotel rooms in the area! Easy access to the beach and easy to get to some of the best golf courses in the world! Thanks- Julie- for making our stay great!

Everything was spectacular, in every way, we give it 5 stars, a very nice place, if I had to travel my next vacation would be right here. The only thing I didn't think of was that they were charging me for two pillows from a sofa that we supposedly lost and something that we didn't. those who cleaned did not do their job of checking the place well, they should be called to their attention for not doing their job well

Condo is exactly as described:) We arrived a day earlier than expected for a week vacation & meet up with other Family and Friends. Julie was quick to accommodate the 3 of us for a last minute one night stay.
The property itself shows it has weathered a bit with the high traffic fun of summer vacationers. Great location for any age activities. The condo is clean and is minimalistic with decor. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen has the usual utensils needed to cook a meal. The restaurant next door has good food is fun and has live music. The elevator is right outside the door-great if you need easy access. Parking and check in are simple and sent right around noon day of arrival. I am Super Grateful to Julie and staff. Thank you for a wonderful first night in Myrtle Beach.

great location & view of the beach. i 10/10 recommend sand dunes and would rent again. the room was clean and everything in working order. i thought there was a kitchenette but it is infact only a microwave and electric frying pan but that was probably my bad when reading the listing, it was not an issue as the pan works great.

there are spare towels in the drawer in the bathroom. we did not realize that untill we were checking out so I am letting you all know !

everything works fine but it seems like the kitchen and bathroom were furnished at goodwill, does it all work yes, and im glad to have it but 100$ at walmart would go a long way to have a hairdryer that isnt 25 years old, plates that match, some dishtowels and an electric kettle that would really spruce up the listing.

The location was my favorite, I’ve stayed at this specific unit for 6 years straight before it became a rented-out condo thru agencies. First time dealing with an agency. Communication in the beginning could have been better - instructions to get the key card were unclear even though we paid for a 2 hour early check in. Communication overall after that was great!

Walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants.

Great stay. Place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, the pull out couch could to replaced that was not comfortable at all. I went with my husband 3 children and myself. It was a little tight with 5 wouldn’t recommend it for 4-5 adults but with the kids it was ok. Kitchen is very small it was a little hard to cook in especially with no oven and only 2 small stove top burners. Overall it was a great stay. The location of room was perfect great views. Never had issues with the elevator with being on the 15th floor. Was very impressed with how clean the bathroom was and it was pretty spacious lots of room to store things.

Easy parking and very close to all amenities, condo was the perfect size for my husband and myself. Pool areas were kept very clean. Will definitely stay again!!

Great location to everything. The beach front zoo is great.

The unit itself was beautiful just like the picture showed. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. They had plenty of bath towels.

The building however had issues. The elevators alternated being out of service. With such a large resort and only 1 elevator in use (no air or fan inside it), there were long waits. My husband and I actually got stuck for 10 minutes with a group of people. Fortunately, they were able to get the doors pried open.

On the 10th floor the corridor lights weren't working so it was dark trying to get to our room.

There were no luggage carts available upon check-in or check-out.

The check-in was easy and I had great communication throughout the entire rental process.

If the building issues were fixed, I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and the cool. I stayed with my daughter and we enjoyed the view from the 16th floor. We found wonderful food within walking distance. Parking was easy and close to the condo. Thanks for an incredible stay!
