Property was beautiful, with large spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. Clean, and had a lot of what you need right there. The condo complex was great, beautiful pools and hot tub, friendly staff. Would definitely book again.

The only thing I would say is the pots and pans were not great quality- we like to cook at home, and that was lacking a bit. But otherwise the kitchen was stocked well with everything you need.

My friends and I wanted a relaxing little get away due to stress of work. This place had it all! Julie was so great and always responded to my messages in a grey timely manner. The condo was as clean as a whistle. The view was beautiful! I would definitely recommend if youre wanting a little getaway!

A great place to stay

This was by far the nicest unit we’ve ever stayed in at Dunes Village. I loved the vinyl flooring, so much easier and cleaner than carpet. And the decor was modern and chic.

Outside of a minor issue with the stove (which was attended to promptly) Julie’s place was PERFECT. It gave me all I was hoping for and more.

The ocean views are spectacular and the condo was perfect for two!

This was one of the best beach trips I've had despite the fact it was the middle of winter! The 6th floor view was so perfect. Being able to sit in the living room or on the balcony and gaze at the Ocean endlessly was so incredibly healing. The beach was also easily accessed from the resort for walks. There are tons of good restaurants, stores, and fun attractions within walking distance. The indoor and outdoor pool and spa area were perfect and inviting but I will say the jets in the condo's jet tub were actually more effective than the spa by the pool! Hot baths in the room were a highlight for me. The beds were super comfortable and the bedroom was dark which made for perfect vacation sleep-in conditions. I slept great the whole time! Appliances and kitchen set up were sufficient for making simple meals. The host Julie responded quickly to communications and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The place is exactly as pictured. I would definitely recommend!

I needed a long-term rental while I closed on my condo. This place was great. Was it perfect? No. If you are looking for perfection, then plan to pay 100s more. Did it have everything you could possibly need for a home away from home? Absolutely! Do not listen to any of the bad reviews on here! This is the first time I have needed a long-term rental, and I enjoyed it tremendously! Is the building in need of repair? Yes, but they are working on it. The view is amazing, even during an ice storm. It is a great place to stay if you are not looking for "perfection."

The condo was just as pictured and described. Perfect size for my husband and I for a week.

The condo is a nice corner unit with an angled view of the ocean. It is how it appears in the listing and was a good value for the money. The resort has a couple of restaurants, Ocean Annie’s Beach side venue with live music, a small gym and an indoor bar area. There’s sufficient parking and the staff was very helpful. Enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this resort. The apartment was as listed and everything was clean. They provided enough towels for everyone and it was nice to have so many beds to choose from. The murphy bed was a nice perk. The balcony and view was very nice. We especially enjoyed the heated indoor pool - the water was VERY warm which is nice for a beach trip in February. There are 3 hot tubs (2 indoor and 1 outdoor) and one of the indoor hot tubs was not working (was not hot), but the other 2 worked great. For this trip we had ages 2 - 45. Will definitely book at this resort again. Check in was extremely easy as they text and email all information to you prior to your stay. Parking was across the street. Wish I knew this before because we spent a bit a time trying to figure out where to park. Everything else was great.

This condo has 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a kitchen with full size refrigerator and a stove top (no oven). It was perfect for my family of 3 but would even comfortably fit a family of 4 as well. The sofa pulls out into a bed as well, so technically it could fit a 6 member family but that might be a bit crowded. It was nice and clean and it’s beautifully decorated! It’s right on the beach, which is handy but since we came in January it was still frigid and windy. There was a problem with the ice maker drawer in the freezer; it wouldn’t pull out and it wasn’t making ice. Since we only stayed about 4 days, we weren’t there long enough for the guy to come fix it, but when we texted, they had out in a work order. Overall, my family loved it and we would definitely stay again!!

Booked this property to visit local family for a long weekend in Jan . Price was reasonable and property was as described and shown in pics. Would stay again.

It was a nice relaxing stay!

We loved everything! The unit was immaculate, it contained everything we needed and more and was right on the ocean. Pools and hot tubs were wonderful!! Parking was excellent.
Can’t wait to rent this unit again!!

The room was nice & had plenty of room for all of us.
The floors could have been cleaned better before we checked in.
The pool water was cloudy & seemed like it needed to be kept up.
