Great room, very clean. Was everything that was listed. Would rent again

The condo was great! Everything was so clean. Julia was so nice and answered our questions within minutes. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and check in was a breeze… great stay!

My overall experience was really good. The check in process was super easy. I loved the location and the fact it was on the beach! I absolutely loved it. I liked that it was also close to fun things to do and restaurants. The only con was the shower drain didn’t seem to drain properly as if it had been clogged for some time. But that’s an easy fix. Overall, I would recommend this property if you are looking for a first floor ocean front view right on the beach!

Beautiful ocean front views from 2 balconies. Comfy beds, plush towels. Super convenient in suite washer & dryer. We did not cook, but it looked like everything we would need to cook was provided. Our kids loved the multiple pools & easy access to the beach. We had a rental car, but were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (restaurants, boardwalk, Skywheel). Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Maisons 204. Check in check out was a breeze. If I had one complaint it would be that there was only 1 key fob available for the unit. That doesn't sound like a big deal but you have to have it to get in to unload if you go to the grocery, to get in and out of the building to go to the pool and to go to and from the beach. It becomes a logistics problem with 5 adults if everyone is not going to the same place. You have to stand and wait for someone to come along and follow them in. Once again condo was great and we love Maisons, however, an extra fob or card for key accesses would be great

The view was just amazing!! The condo looked just like the pictures. It was just enough space for us. Would definitely recommend to others. The down stairs pool area was a huge hit with my girls. I was able to rent chairs and umbrellas and sit right on the beach. Great accommodations!

This was a great condo! Right on the beach, beautiful views, windows everywhere, comfortable beds, lots of space, and everything we needed. Owner was helpful and responsive. Condo showing a little wear and tear, but nothing terrible. Very clean. Loved the third floor location - easy to take the stairs or the elevators. We had the best week ever. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was very clean and well stocked with needed supplies. The views from the balcony were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view and great experience. This was our first visit to Myrtle and have been searching various options before we landed on this beautiful condo. Even though the resort is bit old, the condo is remodeled and feels new, and exactly resemble the pictures posted. Pools were great and kids really enjoyed and had hard time taking them out of it 😀. Beach is very clean and easily accessible. Food was also delicious at the restaurant. WiFi was choppy at times, as we connect to the public network of the resort. The owner was very responsive and addressed all our questions timely. Overall it was very nice and great place for families

This condo was nice and a great location, the check in and check out process was very easy, we would definitely stay again.

We loved staying in this condo!! Clean, newly renovated. Very nice. Only negative would be the bed on the right of the room. The mattress heavily leaned down on one side, was not comfortable. Unsure if that was a box spring problem or the mattress, but overall, we loved the condo. Would stay again.

The condo was great but the surrounding area was a little sketchy. It would be fine if you’re planning on driving everywhere but it didn’t feel safe to walk around the neighborhood. We ended up spending a lot of money on Ubers because we flew down. Overall though we were very pleased with the condo itself, we had a lot of fun

The view was breathtaking! The property was well maintained and clean .
The condo was as described . Definitely hope to come back next year for our one year anniversary!
