We all stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo home with an oceanfront view. Everything was clean and organized, the owner had even supplied shampoo, conditioner, and all toiletries. The living area was bright and open with plenty of comfortable dining space for the four of us. The location was great, just a few short minutes from Broadway and other area attractions. 19th floor provided a gorgeous view of the second street pier as well as the community pool and kids play zone. Our experience was wonderful and Julie Bryant communicated well with us from check in to check out.

My wife and I, along with our 3 month old, stayed at this condo for a short weekend vacation. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and easy; she even texted me to make sure we made it OK and to see if we needed anything. The views from the top floor are amazing. The property is great and has a couple of restaurants so you really don't have to leave or bring a lot of food. The tiki bar by the pool was awesome as well. Would highly recommend this property!

We were incredibly pleased with the condo Julie and her family rented out to me and my friends for a girls week getaway. We found it to be perfect for us. We enjoyed the top floor and the keyless entry, as well as the great view of the ocean.
North Myrtle Beach was a great area to be in. It is walking distance to many delicious restaurants. We especially enjoyed Hamburger Joes and Nacho Hippo.
Julie is fantastic to rent from. She responds quickly to messages/any questions or concerns. I would gladly rent a condo from her again! Highly recommended to all!

Place was great for a quick get away. Had all the amenities that were listed! Appreciate Julie's hospitality and attentiveness. Very quick to respond and answer all the questions we had. Enjoyed the closeness to the beach and nearby area. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Booked a weekend getaway at this site after seeing photos and views of the unit. The pics were an actual reflection of the unit so we were very happy with the layout. While we had literally packed everything we might needed, we were pleased to see that many items were already in the unit (bottle opener, toaster, utensils, paper towels etc). We now know for next time that many of the items you wouldn't get at a normal hotel room are already in place. Condo accommodations were better than hotel in my opinion. When we arrived we saw many people on line checking in to resort, we just went right by and up to the room. The security code key was awesome (as i personally hate to carry keys) so we never had to deal with lines at arrival or departure. Unit owner reached out to see if we got in ok or needed anything which was a very nice touch. The ocean views from the unit were awesome, and having access to a bar right at beach entrance was very nice and all of the restaurant places on site were also very reasonably priced considering it was a resort.
The only thing that we were disappointed with was the 10am checkout time. We arrived Friday after 4pm (4pm is check in) and it would've been nice to have time for breakfast and enjoy the beach and shower before leaving. I think if you get there Friday late afternoon checkout time should be at 12 or 1pm to give you time to enjoy the beach and your last morning. Instead we packed up early in the morning, had breakfast and layed out by the pool ( no swimming cause we had no place to shower afterwards) but it was still nice to lay out in the nice pool area until we were ready to leave. I will say early check in or late checkout is an option with owner for an additional charge but since I exceeded my budget on the room costs I didn't even ask how much for late check out (I regret this now). Lastly you can't go wrong by choosing this unit, resort or owner

My wife and I stayed three nights at this condo. Nice decor inside and a great view of the beach. Pool area is nice as well with wicker lounge chairs. Would definitely condider staying there again. Very enjoyable stay!

This is the perfect place for a romantic couples retreat. The condo unit was very clean and the view was spectacular. The pool ammentities and the close proximity to the beach are great.

The property was great--exactly what I was expecting. The interior of the unit is clean and nicely updated, and the views from the balcony are gorgeous. The property is also as-advertised: several pools and hot-tubs on site, an indoor bar/game room, outdoor bar/grill during daytime hours, free covered parking, and beachfront access directly from the property. There are also several great restaurants nearby, although they are probably too far to be considered easily walkable.

Julie was proactive with instructions, responsive to messages, and helpful with advice about how to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

My wife and I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at this property was wonderful. My mom and I were visiting for a short weekend. The condo was clean, conveniently located and very comfortable. If you stay here, you are steps from the beach (literally), about a mile away from a whole bunch of restaurants and shops and still very close to downtown Myrtle (Broadway). Julie checked in the first night we were in town and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to stay in Myrtle Beach!!

Very impressed with the room! Amazing view! I had to call Julie a couple times and she never hesitated answering her phone - I felt very comfortable calling her with any questions. Very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend renting from Julie. I look forward to going back and hopefully getting the same room! Thanks Julie!

My husband and I stayed a long weekend.The condo was very comfortable, beautiful, clean, well equipped. The view was fabulous and really liked being on the 6th floor.The location was great! We didn't rent a car and could easily walk to many places. We did use Uber to get to and from the airport, Broadway on the Beach and Murrells Inlet. It worked out great.
Julie was so very helpful! We highly recommend this condo!

Perfect location for walking to boardwalk. Pier 14 I think is restaurant that is Like 2 businesses down is about the only place that has breakfast .

Towels are very nice and fluffy. Toilet paper supplied which is not always the case.

View is awesome straight look at ocean, 10 steps to beach. Furniture very nice and new. Beds a little soft but nice, pillows excellent.

The only problem I had was the thermostat was locked at 69 and I am a very hot person who likes my house at like 59-60 all year round.

This is an outstanding beachfront condo! We absolutely loved the view and the modern appliances in this condo. The induction cooktop took a while to get used to but once we figured it out it was unbelievable how fast it cooked! We also enjoyed the 4K TV and the large TV in the bedroom. Kids really enjoyed the beach and heated pools. One pool was really warm! My fiancé and I really enjoyed the hot tubs at night while the kids hang out in the game room. We figured out that the better parking is on the 3rd floor of the parking deck.

We will be back and recommending to our friends. Julie was GREAT to work with and very responsive when we had questions before booking and during our stay!

The view from this condo is AMAZING! We captured great photos and had a blast. This condo has been updated and has a full sized refrigerator and HDTV's. Perfect for my family and kids had a blast at the lazy river. We really enjoyed walks on the beach!

We visited Myrtle Beach the 3rd week of March. Our stay was exceptional and Julie Bryant was very helpful. She checked in with us before we even arrived, after we arrived and during our trip. She made sure that we did not need anything and that the condo was what we expected. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures on the web site. The whole checkin/checkout process was very easy and professional. There was ample parking in the parking lot and it was refreshing not having to worry about where our car would be parked and if it was safe. Within walking distance to the boardwalk, amusement park and many mini-put parks. Recommend stopping at Walmart or Lion Den grocery store before arriving at condo for food/drinks you may want. Once you get there the only thing you will want to do is go down and walk along the well kept/clean beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This property is an exceptional value! We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay here in March 2016. This condo is beautiful, very clean and well-maintained. Furnishings are top notch. Gorgeous oceanfront view! The pools, hot tub, and lazy river were amazing! The location is very convenient (literally walking distance) to many area attractions, including Broadway at the Beach, great restaurants, and of course - lots of mini golf! Julie was extremely helpful and friendly during the entire booking process. I have already recommended this property to several family members and friends for their upcoming trips to Myrtle!

This condo was everything we could have asked for and more! Clean and modern, and very well maintained. We were a group of 8 adults, so I was a little concerned about whether we would have enough space but it was extremely comfortable. There were definitely at least 3 other groups staying on the floor, but we only knew this because we saw them by the elevator. Had we not seen them, we wouldn't have known they were there. The views from the 19th floor were spectacular, especially if you're an early riser (great balcony to watch the sunrise on). The pools and the beach were awesome as well. We didn't take advantage of the indoor swimming area, but that's because we lucked out with great weather. Everything was so close by and easily accessible. The boardwalk is a quick cab ride or walk away, and it's near to a family amusement park as well. Broadway at the beach is also a short ride away, as well as stores (supermarkets, Walmart) for any of the essentials. Julie was amazing to work with! We had so many questions ahead of time (and even after arriving) and she was always available with a quick response. This made planning our trip incredibly smooth and easy. You will not regret booking to stay here! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. When I get to travel back to myrtle beach I will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We stayed here for a few days this past April and my husband and I fell in love! Julie was such a pleasure to work with, from making sure we made it to the condo ok to making sure we had everything we needed. She gave great restaurant recommendations. We tried Croissants Bistro and Bakery for brunch one morning and were so glad we did! This quaint condo is so cozy and relaxing. The couch was extremely comfortable and the TV was "smart". My husband and I brought our blue apron box down also and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Julie had everything we needed from coconut cooking spray and himalayan salt, to eco-friendly dish soap. The cookware set provided in the condo was new as well. We were able to sleep in because it was extremely quiet as well, which is definitely a plus in our book!! We have recommended this find of a condo to our friends and family and we will definitely be back!
