We found the condo to have everything we needed. The ocean view was great! Julie checked with us to make sure everything was to our liking! Great customer service for sure!!! Our Christmas was very special!'

We just got home yesterday from vacation at Julies condo. When we first arrived we found the beds unmade, and bag of trash in the hallway of the room,(it seemed like someone was called away and forgot to finish up what they were doing) one call to Julie and she had someone there making the beds and taking the trash out in less than 30 minutes and apologizing over and over. She even texted me the next morning to see if the beds were comfortable or if there was anything else we needed. (Now the fun part) Julie also arranged a birthday cake to be delivered as a surprise for my hubby's birthday Dec. 15. She did this for me without hesitation, and the cake she picked out and had decorated was wonderful. I so appreciated her doing it, because I had no idea where to start or if I would be able to "get away" to go arrange it. The condo itself was spotless, the view amazing , towels plentiful, bed comfortable. All in all it mounted up to a vacation to remember. We would recommend renting from her and hope to do so again. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo and the birthday surprise.

Julie is there to help if you have any needs your entire stay. We stayed during Thanksgiving with our grandson and it was so inviting when we walked in. Very tasteful decorating. Gorgeous view of the ocean !!!! Would love to stay here again.

Unit was very clean and most recently remodeled with newest appliances. Very relaxing and nice view overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend this property.

Julie was a great contact from start to finish. She was incredibly prompt with answering questions prior to booking and even took the time to check in during our stay to make sure everything was going well.

We had a one week stay in her "Modern 1 Bedroom" in mid-September. There was plenty of room and it was clean. Our only complaints were small; there was lots of mold on the shower curtain and a few minor repairs to peeling wallpaper or open smoke detecor. But we considered it the end of the beach season so it wasn't a big deal.

The location is such a great aspect for this property. Easy parking, easy building access and right on the beach! The Oceans One property was great. I think it has one of the nicest pool areas compared to the other properties around it. It was mostly older couples this time of year which was nice, i.e. not a lot of kids around.

We would love to stay at Julie's property in Myrtle Beach again! Location, room and Julie were great!

We can't say enough about Julie and her little place in Heaven on the earth! She worked with us with our reservation in ways we can never say "thank you" enough! The condo was perfect! We loved the views and the access was so easy! We all slept well on the comfy beds! The condo is perfectly located and close to everything!! The weather was perfect!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Condo is very cute and newly renovated! The best part was the owner. She was so very attentive to a couple minor concerns expressed and took care of things sooo quickly! I would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I took an October escape and landed here. We were not sure what to expect since we always stay at Kingston Plantation. We were very pleased with everything about our stay. Parking was very good, check in was professional and convenient, and getting to our room was surprisingly efficient. When we walked in our expectations were met. This one bedroom unit was perfect for us and the balcony was amazing. It was a very clean, organized and relaxing space. More than enough room for us and the view was the best feature. The pools were great, the beach was wide and we experienced the boardwalk for the first time. We really enjoyed the location, property and unit. The keypad entry was a plus. Julie Bryant texted us each day to make sure our stay was going well and she promptly refunded our missed days from the evacuation and returned our security deposit very quickly. She is very professional. If you have any doubts about this property, let them go. It is close to everything and in our experience very safe. We are looking forward to returning.

Perfect beach getaway! This unit had beautiful decor and the location is near everything! I definitely would like to stay again.

When there weren't any reviews, we were a bit nervous, but the condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated (even though we're more the cozy country type :) ), clean, comfortable--it was more than we could have asked for. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was only on the third floor, so it was a perfect view. The jet tube was a real bonus. Plenty of room. Oceans One offers indoor and outdoor pools, kiddy pool, whirlpools. (We were there the week after hurricane Matthew, and the hotel had quite a bit of damage: outdoor pool and whirlpools were closed as well as the kiddy pool, but that was to be expected.) The only negative was that, because it's only on the third floor, we could hear raucous pool guests when the door was open to the balcony, so we just closed the door! I hesitate to even mention that. We're early to bed folks, so probably not a problem for most! LOVED IT!

Booking was very simple and quick. Julie would reply within hours usually. Anything we needed, Julie saw to it that we had it.
The condo is perfectly positioned on the ocean and in close proximity to area shopping and dining.
I will be booking with Julie again in the near future.

This was a great place to stay. Top floor, beachfront. The view was amazing. The condo was clean and well-maintained. It was easy to communicate with the owner/owner's representative. Very nice and polite. Easy to reach if you have any questions too. Thank you for allowing me to stay!

The condo was modern, clean, and neat with a great view of the ocean from the balcony on the top floor of the resort. The owner was very attentive to our needs and checked on us several times to ensure we had adequate supplies and that everything was meeting our expectations. We will definitely consider coming back again in the future. Great stay in a great place! 😎

Perfect location. Right on the beach. Nice amenities offered on site. Pool, hot tubs, kids play area. Mix of people. Young, old and somewhere in between. Would stay here again in a heartbeat :-)

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week in September. It was just as lovely, if not more than the photos show. It was super clean. It was remodeled beautifully. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The views of the beach were spectacular. Julie was great. She always responded quickly with any questions we had, and she even texted a couple times to be sure we were ok. We would definitely recommend this condo and renting from Julie Bryant. We hope to stay again in the future.
