Our group of adults and children had a pleasant stay at Julie’s property. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and precise. She is super responsive. Two oceanfront balconies was the highlight and the kid friendly resort was an added bonus. The location was great as well. Would love to stay again.

The view was beautiful morning, noon and night! Right on the edge of the water. Close to plenty of local businesses and the place was squeaky clean!

It’s a great spot. I enjoyed being right at the water and it was close enough to walk to the house of blues for a concert (20 minute walk).

This place was beautiful and comfortable! It was situated perfectly in the middle of the beach areas so that we could do things in the Cherry Grove/ North Myrtle and Myrtle/ Surfside areas without feeling like we were driving too far. The room felt like home and the kitchen was nice for cooking a meal or throwing together a snack for the beach. The room view was perfect for us to see the sunrise in the mornings and watch the evening happenings at the pool. We will definitely rent again.

We had a great stay. The bedroom was separate from the kitchen and living room. It was nice to have a door to close when I need the room quiet for a sleeping baby. There was an access to the first balcony from the bedroom and living room. Then another balcony had access from the living room. There was a full kitchen with appliances such as full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee pot. We usually bring our own items, but it was so convenient to have these items accessible. There was also a washer and dryer, that was a HUGE plus! The hotel had an indoor and an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a small water area for toddlers, and a lazy river. There was a Starbucks at the bottom floor of the hotel. It was walking distance to several shops. We walked the 4 blocks to Ripley’s and the other stores several times. The beach access was nice, you’re right on the boardwalk. Beautiful views.

5 stars for location and value, it was a very good price. Room is missing a few basic items like body wash, paper towels, and blow dryer. Messages from host about early check/late check out, adding nights, general instructions for the rental is excessive and annoying.

Absolutely AMAZING stay! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had picked the right place. The view from the 19th floor was unreal — waking up and looking out over the ocean honestly felt like heaven.The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The space was inviting and worked very well for our stay. The amenities, however, made the experience even better — the pools, small lazy river, jacuzzi, and having the beach right outside were all perfect.The location could not have been better. We were close to great food, entertainment, and plenty of fun, so there was always something to do nearby.I also have to mention how attentive and helpful the host was. This was a last-minute reservation, and the host made sure the booking and planning process went smoothly from start to finish, which I really appreciated.Overall, this was a wonderful stay with an incredible oceanfront view, great amenities, a convenient location, and excellent host communication. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

When we arrived the check in was easy. Our room was clean and comfortable just as pictures showed. Our host Julia answered all our questions and made our trip efficient. The parking for the complex was easy. Everything was well furnished and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The check in was a nightmare. We paid extra to get in at 2 but didn't get the door code from them until 3:30. The link they sent to check in wasn't working and getting them to understand that was difficult. But they refunded the extra money we paid so I feel better about that issue. The place did not look recently renovated as described but was OK. Except the floor had quite a bit of sand. I don't think they actually did anything except change the sheets.... at least I hope they did!!
