Beautiful, affordable stay at Ocean Reef #1518. Perfect accomodations for my girl's trip to celebrate my 50th birthday. Location is great, the neighborhood felt safe and we were able to walk to local restaurants. We were provided the access code for check in, the condo was clean, and the view from the balcony was perfect. Julie was very helpful and responsive in her communication. No issues at all with our stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

It was okay nice area they did have some water issues in the upper floors which caused some water dropping on the patio when they cut it back in but they fixed it pretty fast

Property and pools were clean. We went later in the season so two pools were closed for cleaning or repair but we still had plenty of pool space. The in house restaurant was very understaffed and we had to wait quite a while for food and drinks but our server was doing the best she could as she was also having to be the bar tender. This however was no fault of vrbo. Overall a very good stay and would book with them again.

Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to beach. Nice amenities

Our only problem was the sofa bed. There were hard springs so not a comfortable night. We went to Walmart and bought a $22.00 mattress topper and it helped a lot.

Place was even better in person. Couch and blankets were super comfy. Very spacious and clean

Amazing views overlooking the ocean and a quiet beach (we were there in late Sept)! This was exactly what we wanted. The condo was clean and as described. Julie was great to deal with and responsive when we had questions.

There may have been some imperfections that are just normal wear and tear. It just made the place feel “lived in” and more comfortable! But the view right off of the balcony made any little knit picky things WELL worth it! It was also extremely convenient to the elevator that made the load in and out, even though on the top floor, super easy! We would definitely choose this place as somewhere to stay anytime we want to go to the beach!

Really enjoyed the stay right on the beach. Condo was very nice and decorated beautifully. Having a recliner in the condo was great. Wish more would have them. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at Sea Watch many times and love all the amenities. The host was very responsive . We did pay 50$ for a 2 hour early check in , which I thought was a lot. I’ve never had to pay in the past.

Place was exactly as shown, clean upon arrival and easy check in!

The condo was in a prestine location overlooking the beach. The pool area was the best I've seen thus far.

Without a doubt, a great rental!!!! Excellent communication from beginning to end. Cleanliness, comfort, location, beach views. More than plenty of bath, hand, and face towels available. If beach towels and supplies were available, that would've been great.

The location was EVERYTHING! Right in the heart of the boardwalk lots of great food & shops in walking distance! Starbucks in the bottom of the resort which was super convenient! Only complaint I had was we couldn’t control our air which we knew that prior we went and bought a fan and kept the door open to blow in cold air and stayed very comfortable!
