We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo at Baywatch Resort in North Myrtle Beach! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The AC kept things nice and cool, and we really appreciated the dehumidifier — a thoughtful touch that made a difference in the coastal humidity.

The oceanfront view and location were fantastic, and everything about the unit itself exceeded our expectations. Our only note for future guests: make sure to read through the rental agreement carefully before booking, just so you know exactly what to expect.

Overall, a great place to stay — we'd happily book here again.

Response from Big Fish Rentals

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the oceanfront view and found the unit comfortable and well-maintained. We appreciate your feedback regarding the rental agreement and are glad the dehumidifier added to your comfort. We hope to host you again soon.

The view alone deserves five stars—it was absolutely amazing. The rental was also in a great location, looked just like the pictures, and Julie was a very nice and responsive host. Anytime we reached out with a question or concern, she responded immediately.
The biggest downside for us was the bedding. The sheets provided were too small for the king-size bed and didn’t seem to be the best quality, so the fitted sheet constantly popped off the mattress throughout the night. Julie did try to correct the issue by having another set of sheets delivered, which we appreciated, but unfortunately, we had the same problem with those.

There were also only two pillows on each king-size bed. For a king-size bed, I would definitely recommend providing 4pillows.
So my advice would be BYOP & BYOS—bring your own pillows and sheets! 😊
Other than the bedding, we really enjoyed our stay. Julie was a great host, the property exactly as pictured, I can’t say enough about that beautiful view!

Response from Big Fish Rentals

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are so glad you enjoyed the amazing view and the convenience of our location. We sincerely apologize that the bedding and pillow count did not meet your expectations during your stay. We appreciate your candid feedback, as it helps us understand how we can better serve our guests. We hope to host you again sometime.

Great location with friendly people.

Positive:
Balcony was private

Negative:
No coffee or filters.
Washer/dryer glitched and it took 30 minutes to figure it out on my own to get our swim suites out as we where trying to leave.

Great location and the unit had plenty of room for multiple adults. We had 3 golfers and were centrally located to many courses. Best features for us were the Hilton cafe for breakfast, the tiki bar for afternoon drinks and the free Hilton shuttle to many restaurants.

Response from Big Fish Rentals

Thank you for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed the location and found the unit comfortable for your group. It is wonderful to hear that you made the most of the cafe, tiki bar, and shuttle service during your stay. We hope to welcome you back again.

The view off the balcony is beautiful! The unit is easy to access - If you park on the 4th floor of the parking deck then the unit is right there, and makes it easy to load/unload. The kitchen had plenty of dish and hand soap so that was nice! Our biggest issue was that the listing said there was a sofa bed but it was just a regular couch.

Response from Big Fish Rentals

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the view and found the unit convenient for your stay. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the sofa bed and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
