We enjoyed the condo. Exactly as described. Loved the location and being on a low floor. Clean and lots of amenities.

Easy check in process. Amazing views. There were a few things that needed updating but overall we definitely would stay here again. And the pools were amazing for the kids and us parents.

I would stay in this condo again. It was clean and and management responded to any concerns very quickly. I was able to check in early. The condo was close to several different activities and dinning, walking distance to boardwalk and Family Kingdom. The beach was beautiful and we had a great view of the ocean. I cant wait to go back next year.

The room was great, loved the high floor for the views of the Atlantic! Very modern and clean!

Great location, far enough from the center of town (wheel) to walk to but away from the hustle and bustle. Beach and pool access were great. Pleanty of food and entertainment choices within walking distance. Only negatives would be the wondow shade in the sleepi g area needs an additional unit to block out more light and the doors slamming (as there is nothing to stop the neighbors at 2 and 3am). Great stay and location.

We had an enjoyable experience in this very nice floorplan. The views were amazing.

Onsite dining was enjoyed and the easy access to the beach.

They even had water activities nearby.

Property was very centralized to shops within walking distances. Close to Broadway at the Beach and tangerine outlets. The view was wonderful and property was clean.

This unit was so close to the water with great view. Will definitely be coming back

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, I will definitely stay at this property in this particular room again. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The condo is in a perfect location, maybe a block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park on the other side of the street, and also close to the boardwalk—perhaps a 5-10 minute beach walk 😄

Condo is right on the beach—great for those with kids so you don’t need to walk far with all those beach toys! A remarkable view of the ocean from the living room balcony and bedroom window. Two outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, and an indoor hot tub. Our particular unit on the second floor had a Jacuzzi.

(Since this is a corner unit, note that the living room is designed so that floor-to-ceiling windows face both the ocean (on one side) and the side street right off of the Main Street (on the other side).

Our family vacation was amazing from beginning to end. Entering the condo was seamless and when we had a small case of "the missing remote" and texted, the response was quick. The rooms were spacious an accomodating for our family of 6 (no kids - all 19+). The only suggestion I'd have would to be to make the directions for trash removal clearer in email correspondance because the front desk wasn't able to help since the unit is privately owned. Overall, we had an amazing time and we will most definately be back!

This resort was a great spot for families with young kids. Lots to do, food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good and not terribly overpriced. The host was very easy to contact and quick to respond to any issues. The bathroom was small with minimal places to keep toiletries but there’s an exterior sink/dressing area to help with that. Overall, everything is slightly dated but still clean and comfortable. I wish I had known parking was off site and quite a walk from our location - that was really challenging with small kids.

Loved that the condo was on the Oceanside and very clean. Would definitely recommend to others or stay again myself.

Julie’s place was just as described. Beautifully decorated,clean, and has a gorgeous ocean view. We had a wonderful stay. Only thing I would recommend would be a better mattress for the pull out couch. Also it would be nice to have items for the beach there at room. Example; beach chairs, boogie boards, also a small cooler. With the room number written on them. In past places these things were added and it was very nice and less to pack. Also I would recommend some starter trash bags for trash to be taken out. Other then that it was a beautiful place to go! Also if you go to pool side bar the strawberry shortcake mixed drink was amazing!

This was perfect for our little last minute vacation.

Communication was quick and easy with owner. She let me know everything I needed to just head right up to the room when we arrived. I read other reviews complaining about waiting on elevators and the property itself being dirty, but we had no long wait times for elevators and if guests would clean up after themselves the cleaning and maintenance staff would be able to maintain the property. Our condo was clean, and had everything my family needed. I would recommend this condo if you want to stay close to attractions and restaurants.
