Big Fish Rentals Reviews

We spent a long weekend here for our 23rd Anniversary. We enjoyed our stay. Everything thing was just as described. We would stay again.

Love the ocean view.

First I will begin with the ease of communication, and timely responses from the property's managing agency. From the moment of booking, contact was consistent, clear and immediate. To me, this is a valuable indication of the quality of the property and staffing. We could not ask for anything better. Property expectations of guests was concise and very helpful in navigating our stay. Check in/check out was super easy and the on site staff was great.l!

Upon arrival to the property, I was a bit disappointed to see that the exterior of the property (street side and entrance) was messy with litter but controlling pedestrian and drivers by littering is not an easy task. Now, I am comparing this to some of the other oceanfront properties, but with that being said this alone is of minor impact to my consideration of booking this property again.

Finally, our accommodations. Our condo was accurately described on the website. Views were nothing short of magnificent! Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils and cooking supplies. My only suggestions would be the addition of a broom and dust pan, as well as better dusting by cleaning staff. Otherwise, our family really could not have asked for a more perfect stay to celebrate our son's 16th birthday. The location is great, and if you're not a fan of sand, but love the ocean the beachfront pool is super nice.

Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this property!! Thank you for hosting our family!

Received the access code promptly. Easy to communicate with office.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Lots of activities and very close to the beach. There were a few things in need of repair, but that didn’t in any way cause is from having a great vacation. We enjoyed our stay very very much.

This is a beautiful condo and property. Clean. Lots of amenities. Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Great communication. Easy checkin and checkout process. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We had a wonder time !!!!

Clean, hot water, balcony view is nice even though it kinda faces another side of the hotel. Walls were thin and could hear the people in the room beside ours. But place was very clean and location cant be beat!

The room was great! It could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t enough to complain about. The kids loved the water parks and we loved the restaurant and tiki bar on the property. We will definitely be revisiting this location!

We bioked this place at the last minute, but the communication made check-in a breeze. Right space, right place (location), exceptional view.

Very convenient location to everything place has everything. Only downside no oven but next stay I will just bring a air fry and crockpot.

One thing that is usually a worry is where we will stay. We booked through VRBO and Big Fish Rentals made this one so easy. The entire week was relaxing. The amenities are all there. We believe this was our best trip yet. We will be using VRBO and Big Fish Rentals again and again.

Great stay overall.

Great location and amazng views. Loved all the glass in the living room and spent every evening on the balcony watching the lightning over the ocean. Clean condo. Only thing was one of the mattresses was very worn out. Our kids were OK sleeping on that bed but it wouldn't have worked for us. Would definitely stay again.

Great experience. Right on the beach. Wonderul view. Plenty sleeping space.

Condo was in great shape, very clean. Easy check in process. We particularly enjoyed the beach--not crowded, white sand. 10 minute drive to just about everything. Garage was a bit tricky to navigate. Overall a great experience.

Excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The rental was just as advertised and exceeded expectations.

I have never been to Myrtle Beach before and me and my two girls thoroughly enjoyed the place. I loved being right on the beach! The place is centrally located near everything you could want to do. excellent place to stay.

The location and the view were fantastic. We loved it. I was a little skeptical at first reading all the reviews. But it was as described. It was decent clean, and it was perfect for our little family vacation.

It was a madhouse at the desk when we arrived but theoretically, we didn't need to go to the desk to check in. The key code was supposed to be emailed to us at 4pm but it wasn't. We got it about an hour later. Could have been worse. Nice property. Corner location made for a beautiful view.
