The place was as described. The ocean views were awesome. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash. This was a very peaceful setting. Julie was very helpful with any questions we had and responded very quickly. Would stay here again if in the area.

Our stay was expected if not better. We loved Julie’s place, it was clean and inviting! We felt at home where someone took their time with details. The view from the balcony was incredible. If we didn’t want to walk the beach for a sunrise we could just sit and enjoy the view without leaving the room! I would recommend staying at this place and I would stay here again!

Really nice location
PERFECT for families with small kids! Right on the beach (with lifeguard station) for sunny days, and an indoor pool play area for any rainy days, this guarantees fun no matter what. There's even an ice cream shop right across the street! The security of the building helped me feel at ease, and the kitchen with cooking utensils made life so much easier.

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was absolutely amazing, and the bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean, beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything was just perfect, and we would definitely stay here again! ❤️
Had a great time. Great location. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen had everything we would need. Furniture, walls and baseboards were all very scuffed. As long as you do not mind that its perfect. My only small issue is there is no broom or vacuum for an entirely tile condo it was hard to clean sand off the floor. Washer and dryer worked well amazing views. Would stay again.

The location was fantastic! All check-in instructions were easy to follow. I’ve stayed at the property before, but this was my first time staying in this room and we would certainly book it again!

This was such a beautiful place to stay! My family and I usually spend our time more near the hustle and bustle, but this was exactly what we needed. The whole area was quiet, we felt safe, and we relaxed knowing we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a home away from home. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay, the condo was just as described, gorgeous views. Beds were very comfy, bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Would love too come back again in the future!

Great. Timely communication when we did reach out. Would personally flip the bed and livingroom around to have that beautiful ocean view from bed(which was super comfy). Was clean. The couch was a little stiff and scratchy for our likings and wifi kept dropping out. Overall we still had an incredible experience and would definitely book with again.

Pros: We absolutely adored our stay here! The wrap-around balcony was a perfect feature, providing a cozy and inviting space to relax both day and night. It felt like a home away from home for a week. We’re leaving today, and I’m already missing it.Cons: There was one minor issue with the door to our unit. It didn’t close all the way, so we had to manually close it. When we reached out to our host, she assured us that a repair person would come, but unfortunately, no one ever showed up.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dunes Village. The host, Julie, was amazing and easy to communicate with during our visit.
The resort property was fantastic. Exactly as described. Very spacious and clean. The kids water park was a big hit with my daughter. The beach was a short 2 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and attractions a short drive away. I highly recommend Broadway at the Beach.
Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying again in the future!
