Needed a quick and short getaway. ... this place is awesome! E-Z in and out. Plenty of parking. Unobtrusive beach view ( beach front). Spacious! Looking forward to going back.

Very clean, terrific view on the beach.
The views were amazing! I would stay again just based off that. Lots of pool options & right in the beach. Would happily stay again

Condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything you neede. The view from the balcony was nice. Beds were very comfortable, and it was a short walk to the beach. Parking was a little bit challenging on the weekends.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay at Sand Dunes 1250! Having vacationed in Myrtle Beach with my family as a kid, returning to the area brought back some great memories. The condo was comfortable, felt safe, and the 12th-floor ocean views were absolutely fantastic! 🌊 The resort amenities were a wonderful bonus, and the whole experience made for a relaxing getaway. I’d happily stay here again!

Stay was great very clean, great area as well i would have booked longer if i knew the vibe already. Only thing i will say is a few little bugs will get in. The front door is miss in the door sweep so its noticeable gap there but also the River Oaks area has a lot of bugs that get into spots on any crib so i can’t blame them for it, i would definitely look into getting that door sweep/door bottom tho just to drop the amount of bug break-ins. Other than that like i say it was great and i would definitely re book

Great place for a quick trip to the beach. The unit was very nice and clean. Beautiful views of the ocean. Close to several great restaurants. I would definitely choose to stay there again!

Love staying here good place for price have stayed in this specific unit numerous times the cleaning crew did not do well this time dirty towel left under bed and trash swept into closet

Location,location,location! This unit was PERFECTLY placed for the most stunning view!!! I loved the glass wall for the bedroom to the balcony to see the sunrise!!! SO BEAUTIFUL!!!

One word, amazing. The unit was great, just as pictured. Clean, well equipped, and the beach front views were amazing. Close to everything, we had a wonderful trip. Would love to stay again.
