Good parking, easy access to the beach. Several awesome restaurants within a 10min drive. Perfect location to watch the sunrise!

We are three retired ladies taking a beach trip together and this unit with Big Fish Rentals with three bedrooms was ideal for us. One bedroom has a walk in shower very convenient for one of our party. We enjoyed slow starting days using the kitchen for coffee and breakfast. The balcony views are Heavenly! We enjoyed the beach access and overall wonderful week. Hope to be back sometime.

We had a great stay at Julie’s condo. We vacation at this property often and the room was right in line with other units we’ve stayed in. Condo was very clean with nice furniture and comfy beds. Communication was easy and responses quick. Cleanup/checkout responsibilities were very reasonable. We’d stay here again without question.

Perfect little condo for our 3 night stay in Myrtle Beach! Great location, walking distance from everything we needed! Very clean and great communication with host!
Very clear & quick communication with the host Julie. She definitely made booking my first solo trip very smooth & no worries. The room was clean, great view of pool/beach. The restaurant was making for breakfast & lunch so you don’t have to leave. We enjoyed the hot tub & easy walk to beach. We will definitely book again next year for our anniversary!
This property is a must stay if you are coming to North Mrytle Beach. The oceanfront view was beyond spectacular on the balcony during morning coffee. The unit had everything we needed at our fingertips. The resort itself was all inclusive with pool, bar restaurant and even entertainment. It was during SOS Fall Migration which made the location to Main Street for all the shagging activities just blocks away. Our favorite was the lazy river in the pool area. The commuication with the owner, Julie was excellent. She checked in often to make sure the unit meet with our expectations. The view was the most rewarding part of the of our time spent here. It is definitely worth the stay and I would love to book again.
The Avista Resort has everything we needed. Julie and her team communicated well and had the check in process down pat. The staff at the resort were so helpful. Our key cards did not work at check in but the resort engineers were very responsive to reprogram the lock. The onsite restaurant and lounge were great for the nights you wanted to stay close, but if you did want to venture out there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely look to return as the Avista has it all. What a great stay!!!!

What a wonderful place! Perfect location, great size for our family, 3 br & 3 ba was so nice to have! Best lazy river & hot tub we've had at any of our Myrtle Beach trips! Loved every minute! Thanks!
We will stay here every trip to N Myrtle Beach, if available. This has been hands down the cleanest condo we have stayed in while visiting N Myrtle Beach. It’s ocean front .. so convenient for parking .. walking distance to Main Street .. restaurants and shopping! We will be back !!!
Only complaint was a dead roach in hall closet when we arrived, other than that everything was perfect! Great accommodations and view. Wasn't thrilled with the parking garage being a street over from the condo because of foot issues but that's not the owner's fault. Definitely would come back here.

Went for a birthday weekend trip. Ended up extending our stay. Close to many fun nightlife spots, food spots, and local shopping. Perfect beach spot. Host was very responsive and communicated fast. This is Airbnb was perfectly stocked with kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies. Would love to return!

Great location, close to dining, shopping and a comfortable distance to amusements, etc. We enjoyed out stay at this condo. Would definitely stay here again.
Overall unit is very nice. We have stayed several times since 2010. Unit has everything needed provided in the kitchen and more. Bedding is nice and washer and dryer is a plus. General routine maintenance is required for the bathrooms, drains clogged. Cleaning staff should be more attentive throughout, especially in the kitchen with the refrigerator. I contacted the owners by text and they acted appropriately contacting Big Fish cleaning and maintenance staff. Both offered to rectify issues immediately. Very satisfied with response.

The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Parking is a little tight for folks like me with a full size truck, but it was not horrible. The place was very clean upon arrival. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. The host was very responsive to messages.
