This was a comfortable two night stay. The view from the room was beautiful. It was quiet at night with the pool closing at 9:30. The beach was perfect and not crowded. The place was as described and very clean. We liked it being close access to the parking garage and all in all I would recommend staying here. Julie was kind and quickly responded with any questions I had.

We couldn't use anything at the resort except the pools, not even the laundry which was advertised we would have. Check in was horrible, we were told we could do everything at arrival, went to the big fish office he didn't know what we were talking about and sent us to the resort to check in. At the resort they told us we booked with virbo and they couldn't help us. So we had to register online

Shower pressure was pretty dismal. Very hard to wash shampoo out of girls hair. If this was addressed it would be AOutside of that, unit was great and experience was great!

Very helpful and very informative answer every question we had the location was perfect we enjoyed the stay the pools and hot tubs were great and a couple of steps to the beach was perfect definitely going back thank you

Condo was better than I expected. It was clean upon arrival. No issues other than the amount of towels listed was not there. We still had more than we needed so not an issue. We would stay here again.
I have no complains. We had extra bags, enough toilet paper and dishes if we needed them.

We were very please with the place love every single day being there. Love waking up to beach view, enjoy all the pools that we were provided. Very comfortable place and peaceful. 100% recommend!
The condo was perfect! Updated, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is in a great location with easy, convenient parking. It is close to everything! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Absolutely loved staying at Dunes Resort. This is my favorite properties of Big fish rentals and they have a ton! My family and I always have a grand time on the slides and at the tiki bar. 10/10 always!!

This place is BEAUTIFUL!! You can tell everything was new in this unit (we got lucky). Very clean and fresh! Let’s talk about the floor to ceiling windows that give the most amazing views! When we walked in my son said … can we live here?!! We explored the properties amenities. Basketball goal, tennis court, restaurant on site, pool & bar all were great!! Entire staff and permanent residents were all so nice and welcoming!
We had a few issue with missing remotes and slow drainage in the showers but we were only there for one night and didn’t have time to resolve this issue. Julie was very responsive to my many messages I sent to her. I also left my entire luggage there in the closet upon check out 🫠 Julie had it retrieved and is holding it at their office until I can get back to pick it up! 🙏🏼
This is at the top of my favorites list and we will be back!!!
