Our stay was wonderful. It was very clean with an amazing ocean and street view. The resort restaurant and tiki bar were both great and they even had karaoke. Julie was an excellent host, very friendly and quick to respond. We will definitely stay again.

As someone who travels from state to state for ministry and work, I’ve experienced many different rentals—but Julie’s hospitality truly stood out! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely at home. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, peaceful, and exactly as described. Every room felt fresh, the space was organized, and you could tell great care was taken to prepare everything for each guest.

Julie was kind, attentive, and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. It’s one thing to provide someone with a place to sleep, but it’s another thing to create a safe, relaxing, and memorable experience—and Julie did exactly that! After traveling and pouring out in ministry, it was a blessing to return to such a comfortable and peaceful environment. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in the area. This was a great place for a well needed girls trip.

This room was very nice. We didn’t have any major issues. I did notice the smoke detectors were going off at random times but after a few hours they would stop. I have rented with big fish rentals before and will always keep them at the top of my list. Everything in this room was nice. I do think the shower linens could be replaced and we wanted a broom to be able to sweep and could never locate one but other than that I give this place 5 stars. We had 6 people to stay and had ample space for our things and didn’t feel on top of each other. Julie is a great host. I didn’t mentioned any issues to her because everything was very minor and not going to change the 5 star rating. Big fish rentals do it well. Thanks for everything

The convenience of the ocean was great. Location was quite.
Pricey for the stay, bath towels need some attention.

Pretty nice beach side place at a resort. Super outdated but nice. It was mostly clean but could use some better attention to detail.

Beautiful view of the ocean and just a short walk downstairs to the beach. Close to all the nearby attractions and restaurants.

Good experience with the host but had some issues with the front desk of the resort telling me my room was taken when it wasn't, not caring to help resolve the situation, they seem to be very annoyed by those coming from air bnb vs people booking directly through the resort.

Julie was very helpful was lost and she was always texting me and making sure I was doing well. The place is also very nice and clean would recommend to anyone.

A truly memorable stay with incredible 19th-floor ocean views, a unique open two-story penthouse layout, and a jacuzzi tub overlooking the water. The space felt open, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views. It was more than just a place to sleep—it felt like a special part of the trip. This would be an especially great choice for anyone looking for a memorable getaway with a little extra space and luxury. I’d definitely stay here again.

Positive:
The location was perfect, you could walk to several restaurants and bars, anything you might need. The grounds were loaded with beautiful flowers. The Starbucks on the 1st floor was great, the pools & firepit were wonderful and the view of the beach was incredible. We met so many friendly people & had the best time!

Negative:
I wish we could have stayed forever, leaving was hard. My husband said the bed was too firm but I found it very comfortable.

Beautiful place to stay just as described in the description

This was a comfortable two night stay. The view from the room was beautiful. It was quiet at night with the pool closing at 9:30. The beach was perfect and not crowded. The place was as described and very clean. We liked it being close access to the parking garage and all in all I would recommend staying here. Julie was kind and quickly responded with any questions I had.

We couldn't use anything at the resort except the pools, not even the laundry which was advertised we would have. Check in was horrible, we were told we could do everything at arrival, went to the big fish office he didn't know what we were talking about and sent us to the resort to check in. At the resort they told us we booked with virbo and they couldn't help us. So we had to register online

Shower pressure was pretty dismal. Very hard to wash shampoo out of girls hair. If this was addressed it would be AOutside of that, unit was great and experience was great!

Very close to the beach. Overall good value. Would go back.
