Great property, pictures are exactly what you get with the place. Beautiful views of the beach from the property. Check in was a little problem, I recommend making contact with the property manager to ensure you have provided all required info so you can check in without delay. I received several messages from them about extending my stay but not one telling me that I haven't provided all information they required and what they still wanted for check in. I did get quick responses and resolved the issue. The condo is bare minimum like a hotel room. Usually there are salt and pepper or other items left in VRBOs from past guests however this one is cleaned out completely. Not a problem just good to know if you plan to bring food to cook or anything like that. Description states it is a 3 minute walk to the Boardwalk and that was a big reason I booked this place, I thought it was right where the action is. The Boardwalk is actually a good 20 minute walk from the condo. You can walk the street or the beach and it is not a bad walk but nice to know the true distance. I still don't know that you could beat the price for what you get here and I was happy with it and would recommend it to others.

Very affordable and easy to access air bnb. The view of the ocean was amazing and watching the sunrise was something else. Tons of parking and things to do around the area. I had no problems and everything described was delivered with no problems.

The perfect place for a girls weekend! It was clean, comfortable, and never felt crowded. We had plenty of space to relax, laugh, and make memories. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We made a Saturday booking for the following Monday through Friday at a great price for the 2 of us. It was clean and nice with no issues. It was less expensive than hotels along the highway when traveling. I’d stay there again and recommend it for a couple.

This was not our 1st time staying at Ocean One Resort. Compared to the other units we’ve rented Julie’s was by far the most homely & as described. Beautiful balcony views & her Jacuzzi tub actually works!🤣 I would definitely recommend renting her unit! An as an Ocean One Alum we will definitely rent with Julie again. Thanks for the quick & hospitable response Julie. We appreciate you.

Crescent Sands was fantastic. Great location, easy/short walk to the beach...complex pool was clean and convenient with tons of chairs. 2 minutes from every restaurant you can think of along with mini-golf and other festivities. Condo was clean, quiet and perfect for our family of 5. Bathrooms were clean and fully functional. Only downside, and it's VERY minor, was the key door to get to the elevators...might be time for the complex to upgrade that system...but is very secure, which is nice. Owner was VERY responsive... VERY proactive and VERY helpful. We have found a new go-to beach location because of how positive this experience was... 5-stars, well-earned! Worth every dollar!

I love the room it was beautiful very clean better than the pictures. They thought of everything salt,and pepper even honey. Lol. Plenty of blankets. You name it.. master bath amazing views and bathroom beautiful 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . Will book again...

Julie’s place was nice and cozy for our quick get away

Julie was terrific! Highly recommend this Airbnb Unit for a terrific beach get away! We will hopefully be able to stay here again! The surprise was a fun Shriners Parade on Saturday morning! We will definitely try coming back on this same weekend next year or in the future!

Great stay! Short walk from the beach, nice area, karaoke bar nearby. The owner was always communicating with us so that’s a plus.

It is a lovely place to stay. Julie was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We had plenty of room to comfortably hang out in the room. Easy access to the pools and beach!

It was a lovely stay and we all had so much fun! 9/10 I do recommend staying here
