The place was exactly as described. The cleaning crew missed a few things from the previous stay: broken acrylic nails, tape, and some hair in the bathrooms. They had plenty of cookware and dishes for our group. The view was lovely and the location was great.

We had a great stay! It was a girls weekend and this was the perfect place for the four of us. It was right on the beach overlooking the beach giving us a beautiful view of the sun coming up. We're looking forward to staying there again one day.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. End unit had a beautiful view. The many pools and lazy river were a nice respite from a jelly fish filled ocean . Coffee maker was broken but owner hand delivered a new one that day! Nowhere to eat really as there is no dining room table . Just a little desk with one seat . We ate off our laps on the balcony mostly anyway . Place was clean and nice AC. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay with Big fish rentals. They never disappoint! I have always gotten exactly what is shown in the photos, and the price is sometimes lower than renting a hotel. The view from the balcony is amazing. This condo was a little further north than where we usually stay, but it was very nice. The cafe at the resort has a great breakfast. Julie is very responsive and provides clear instructions. I will definitely book with big fish rentals again!

I would definitely recommend Big Fish Rentals to everyone visiting Myrtle Beach!

Julie was a phenomenal hostess!
She was proactive with her communications to me, helpful, friendly and attentive to our family's needs and requests.

The condo directly overlooked the beach, was clean, modern, well decorated and cozy! Our family had a great time staying here... We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was available to make our stay enjoyable. Juile was very responsive, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth and easy.

Julie is an incredible host. We loved our stay so much, we decided to rebook and drive back to stay another week just the week after we left! Can’t wait to be back.
The place has great pools, and great beach.

Great place to stay, highly recommend going direct through Beach Cove Resort.

Positive:
The property was amazing. Great pool hours. Everything very clean.

Negative:
The company we went through to book the room. My husband got scheduled to have a heart catheterization unexpectedly and the refused to refund our money. I understand it was no refund but I think there should be exceptions like a medical emergency or death in the family. Situations happen that people have no control over. He postponed it because if not being able to be refunded, he refused to lose his money. Thankfully nothing happened to home while we were there. Also no one answers the phone when you call. I had 2 separate numbers and no one answered, you had to send a text message. This was through a company called Big Fish Rentals. Very disappointed in them. We will be booking through someone different when we go back. This has nothing to do with Booking.com they tried to help us get refunded.

We had an awesome vacation. Loved the property. Just had a small issue connecting to the WIFI but we had so much other stuff to do that it did not end up being a big deal. We loved it.
