The place was nice n clean. It had everything we needed to full at home. I enjoyed the location n everything around it. The instructions to get in were very clearly n very clear to check out. We needed help with the remote and she helped us right away to fix it. I love how fast n helpful Julie was. Thank you for a great stay. Will for sure book again.

The place was nice and exactly what we expected. There was an 80 something rule or explanation that we had to agree to when we make the reservation. There was not any staples in the kitchen like salt or pepper. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes. There was a traditional coffee pot and filters. We only stayed 2 nights so there wasn't need for a big kitchen area so it worked. We only had slight issues. The door was propped open when we got in about 8pm so we felt a little nervous walking inside. I let her know and she was very responsive and apologized for the issue. My biggest problem was that check out was a 10 am and the cleaning lady was waiting outside at 9 am. That was a bit uncomfortable. We were offered additional time, 35 for an hour or 50 for two hours. It would have been very upsetting had I paid for more time and still felt rushed.

This condo we rented was perfect location and had a lot to do. We had four small kids and so we had a 2 min walk to the beach but also the option for the pool if we didn't want to get all Sandy. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware for us to be able to eat breakfast and lunch in. Overall the place was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay very much!

I think that the place was described very well and we enjoyed our stay. It was very homie. Jose & Lloyd, the doormen were amazing. Loved their whole energy. However, I felt like there was way too many messages coming through my email., Airbnb site, the host and the text, was really over the top when you’re on vacation. That’s a lot of messages about the same thing repeatedly. Probably AI, but that should be fixed. Secondly the mattresses were very uncomfortable, the place was great, very clean, & beautiful we would stay again, but uncomfortable sleep. The balcony had a beautiful view. The kitchen was very clean. The bathroom was super clean altogether it was a wonderful place.

Had an amazing experience due to being able to just walk down and be at the beach. Having a pool that the kids enjoyed and all the restaurants and events were so close by as well! Convenience and spacious is the best way I can describe this place! I would recommend it to everyone and I will keep coming back as well. My wife loved it as well for her birthday weekend! Thanks Julie with big fish rentals you made this weekend one for the books!

Great host, Very nice and clean place would love to stay again!

The place was great however the only thing we were surprised about was the bathrooms were in the children's room not in the King size bedrooms

I’d like to start off by saying it’s a very beautiful condo/apartment. You have a balcony that faces the ocean and really that was amazing. The ocean/beach are so close to the hotel literally a two second walk and when you’re done with the beach, rinse off and jump in the pool if you want it was perfect. The downsides are the boardwalk and attractions are about a 10 minute walk from the condo/apartment but no big deal to us. One of the biggest downsides was the parking. very small parking lot in front maybe 10 spots then across the street is another very small parking lot. Then a few blocks away is another parking lot which is about a five minute walk. Also you don’t have access to all breakers pools, waterslides, and all of that stuff. Just the two pools that are in the sailfish building which we loved and didn’t mind at all. Another thing you should know is you don’t need to check in with the front desk you go right to your door and enter your code. Very great place. Will go again

We had a really nice time and would return again. The Condo had everything you needed to enjoy a week vacation. I love sitting out on the balcony and having my coffee in the morning. Our grandson really appreciated the boogie board and nets. Having chairs and umbrellas available to use at the beach was a really nice addition.

The only issue we had while we were there was the free Internet kept dropping.

This is my second time staying in one of Julie’s rentals. I’ve been more than happy both times staying with her. This rental was at a great location with a great view of the beach. Would definitely recommend Julie and this location
